With legal Casey Anthony PR like this … who needs a trial? It is pretty bad when even the defense teams spinners say that Caylee Anthony is deceased. Even the professionally hired PR spokesman Todd Black states that Caylee Anthony has lost her life. Todd Black, Casey Anthony spokesman can spin his comments any way he wants it; however, he said the following: “This is a very serious case, involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl …” Make no mistake about it, Todd Black went on CNN Headline News with a prepared agenda and a 3 bullet point presentation. All one has to do is listen and watch the video. Or did CNN put words in his mouth as well? Don’t insult people’s intelligence … spinning to cover up failed spin is simply pathetic.

The Casey Anthony spin machine and those that make excuses for her can learn a valuable lesson from this CNN Headline News interview. You do not control free speech nor tell people what they can say or think. The idea that spokesman Black thinks he can demand CNN to wait and listen is ridiculous. Folks, no one believe your BS and no one is going to back down when the very people making threats cannot even get their story correct on their client. People are allowed to their opinion on this case.

Make no mistake about it, spokesman Todd Black went on a live TV show, Headline News, and uttered the comments that the little girl (Caylee Anthony) had lost her life. CNN has stated that the interview was not edited nor taken out of context.

The controversial Headline News interview of Todd Black, in which the spokesman for Jose Baez implied Caylee Marie Anthony is dead, was not edited, according to CNN. The telephone interview aired live Tuesday night, and a shortened clip of the interview replayed Wednesday.

“It was a live interview and the quote aired as he said it,” a CNN spokeswoman said.

All anyone has to do is listen and watch the interview for themselves. Casey Anthony defense attorney Jose Baez can attempt to do all the damage control he wants and say after the fact that Caylee Anthony is still alive but the fact of the matter is that your PR person made the blunder. Nothing was taken out of context during the interview with Todd Black. However, much like everything that involves the case of missing Caylee Anthony, the mountain of evidence against Casey Anthony and her repeated refusal to cooperate with police … it is always someone else’s fault when it comes to anything having to do with Casey’s actions.

Late Thursday the Baez Law Firm issued a statement regarding the Todd Black comment. It is pretty bad when a lawyer representing an individual indicted for murder and lying to police has to make a statement for their very PR spin doctor who is supposed to fabricate a story favorable to Baez’s client. As the Baez PR team learned, its hard to spin a story when one deals with so may lies from their client.

CNN has provided the general media with an edited clip of a partial interview that took place on Tuesday October 14, 2008.

Unfortunately what they distributed was completely taken out of context. Todd Black never was stating that there is any belief whatsoever by Casey Anthony or The Baez Law Firm, that Ms. Anthony’s daughter, Caylee, might be deceased. The entire interview makes it very clear that Ms. Anthony believes, as does The Baez Law Firm that Casey’s daughter is alive and needs to be found.

The words used by Mr. Black were referencing the comments of another guest. It was that guest who made the remarks about death, and Mr. Black was merely pointing to that remark by another guest.

Kudos to CNN Headline News for putting Black in his place and stating that their show is about honesty and when we see a 22 year old mother lying through her teeth day one. A news flash to the Casey Anthony spin machine … number one, you do not control freedom of speech nor freedom of individuals person opinions. Number two, PR does not work when no one believe the lies and are so insulted by your version of the truth that it sickens people. We have always stated, innocent people do not lie and concerned parents with missing children do not go out and party the night away.
