UNBELIEVABLE: Thug Teacher Suspended for 10 Days after Caught On Video Tape Assaulting a 6 Year Old Boy By Grabbing His Face … Where Are the Criminal Charges?

Suspension? This teacher should be fired and brought up on charges for assault, child endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child!!!

Get ready to be outraged and sickened. . Surveillance video at the Riverdale Schools in Hancock County, Ohio captured a 6 year old kindergartner boy walking to the school bathroom when he is assaulted by a teacher.The female teacher grabs the boy and then picks him up against the wall. Then she grabs him by the face and then by the shirt. UNREAL. After the incident was initially swept under the carpet, Eric Hoffman, Superintendent, Riverdale Local Schools said, “We haven’t dealt with this much at Riverdale. First of all I apologize to the parents. This should not happen.”  REALLY? So what did the teacher get for the assault on this child? A 10 day suspension, that’s it.  The Nelsons, whose son Ian was the child who was assaulted, said that the 10-day suspension was like an early vacation for the teacher, since there are only 10 days left in the school year.

The parents want her terminated from Riverdale Schools. The Nelsons took the video to the Hancock County Sheriff’s Office to try to file criminal charges against the teacher. What would happen if the child had done something like this to his teacher? What would happen if the parents gave this teacher a taste of her own medicine? In both cases, the police would have been called and some one would have been arrested. So in a day and age where children are suspended from school for pastry making food look like a gun, using their finger and thumb to look like a hand gun, 7 year old playing imaginary games where they save the word and this thug teacher gets a 10 day early vacation. Sorry, she should be brought up on charges.

Anthony and Autumn Nelson, of Wharton, have two kids in Riverdale Schools in Hancock County. Their 6-year-old son, Ian, is a kindergartner. In surveillance video provided by the family on May 7, Ian is shown walking to the school bathroom.

When he comes out a short time later, his teacher confronts him. She grabs him and picks him up against the wall. Seconds later, she grabs him by the face and then by the shirt. His head flops back as she picks him up off the floor.

Ian’s parents are furious.

On Tuesday, the teacher was suspended for 10 days.

“I would consider what would happen to myself, if I were to do that to her. If I were to do that to her, I would go to jail,” said Anthony Nelson, Ian’s father.

It would appear that these schools and educators only have a no tolerance policy when it comes to students, not teacher.
