UNREAL …

During yesterday’s House hearings on the disastrous rollout of the Obamacare website, Healthcare.gov, Republican and Democrat lawmakers grilled four of the contractors that worked on the site. However, during the questioning, an alarming and eye opening admission was made by one of the contractors. Rep. Tim Murphy (R-PA) asked Andrew M. Slavitt, an executive with Optum/Quality Software Services  (QSSI), if he tried to get on the Obamacare site himself. Slavitt replied, “I logged onto to create an account, but I just never received a confirmation email. It didn’t work.”.

Yup, who actually thinks the federal government can run the US healthcare system and 1/6 of the US economy?

From The Blaze:

Rep. Tim Murphy (R-Pa.) asked Andrew M. Slavitt, an executive with Optum/Quality Software Services, Inc. (QSSI), if he tried to get on the Obamacare site himself.

Yes, I did,” Slavitt replied.

“Did it work?” Murphy asked.

“Well, I logged on to create an account, was able to do so,” Slavitt replied. “I just never received a confirmation email.”

“So it didn’t work?” Murphy pressed.

“It didn’t work,” Slavitt answered.
