OJ Simpson Attorney Yale Galanter Calls Verdict Pay Back … Nope Justice was Served 13 Years Later for a Different Crime

In the eyes of paid lawyers, O.J. Simpson is never guilty of his crimes … only juries are to blame. Funny, OJ’s defense team had nothing but praise in 1995 when they were handed a victory. Interesting how it is only pay back when a defense attorney loses. When they win, they state the jury was wise and understood the case and over came their biases. OJ has made a habit of not just remaining secluded and counting his lucky stars for what occurred in 1995. This time OJ fought the law and the law won … JUSTICE SERVED!
O.J. Simpson learned 13 years too late that there are consequences to one’s actions. Had the original LA County jury actually done their job we would have never had to hear about Mr. Simpson ever again. But that is not the case and OJ was allowed to continue his reckless behavior until the law of averages caught up with him. In Vegas the casino only lets one win so many times before one goes bust.
Whatever the jury was thinking, Fred Goldman praised the verdict.
“We’re absolutely thrilled to see the potential that he could serve the rest of his life in jail where the scumbag belongs,” he told CNN.
Yale Galanter, the defense attorney for OJ Simpson called the 12 count conviction of “The Juice” pay back. Pay back for the crimes of murder that OJ was found “not guilty” of 13 years ago in the brutal and heinous deaths of Simpson’s ex-Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. Galanter called justice served a “lynching”. Cry us a river. Galanter some how has forgotten the jury nullification that took place 13 years ago and had no problem when that specific jury basically played the “pay back” game for crimes they perceived against their race. I guess some how that is different. How soon will this jury be called racists?
The Las Vegas jury that found O.J. Simpson guilty of all charges in a hotel room robbery case were “on an agenda” to make up for Simpson’s 1995 murder acquittal, his attorney said.
“This was just pay back,” Simpson’s lawyer Yale Galanter said Saturday, one day after Simpson and Clarence “C.J.” Stewart were convicted of the 12 charges against them in the hotel room confrontation. The two face up to life in prison.
It was revealed that 5 of the OJ jurors disagreed with his 1995 acquittal in the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. JUST 5!!! What were the other 7 people doing in 1995, living under a rock? People are allowed to have an opinion. People are also allowed and have the ability to focus on one case at a time. Just because they disagreed with one case does not mean that it is pay back time. That is just a whining defense attorney blaming others for the sins and crimes of their client.
No one forced OJ Simpson and his posse to go and attempt to rob by force these two sports memorabilia individuals. No one made OJ hand around with the types that he did. As we have always said, “water seeks it’s own level.” For some one who has been in the media light and that of the court room, OJ should have known better. How could he not? However, because he has been allowed to get away with murder in the past, literally, what else would he do but not care about the consequences of his actions.
