OJ Simpson Attorney Yale Galanter Calls Verdict Pay Back … Nope Justice was Served 13 Years Later for a Different Crime

In the eyes of paid lawyers, O.J. Simpson is never guilty of his crimes … only juries are to OJ_arrestedblame. Funny, OJ’s defense team had nothing but praise in 1995 when they were handed a victory. Interesting how it is only pay back when a defense attorney loses. When they win, they state the jury was wise and understood the case and over came their biases. OJ has made a habit of not just remaining secluded and counting his lucky stars for what occurred in 1995. This time OJ fought the law and the law won … JUSTICE SERVED!

O.J. Simpson learned 13 years too late that there are consequences to one’s actions. Had the original LA County jury actually done their job we would have never had to hear about Mr. Simpson ever again. But that is not the case and OJ was allowed to continue his reckless behavior until the law of averages caught up with him. In Vegas the casino only lets one win so many times before one goes bust.

Whatever the jury was thinking, Fred Goldman praised the verdict.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to see the potential that he could serve the rest of his life in jail where the scumbag belongs,” he told CNN.

Yale Galanter, the defense attorney for OJ Simpson called the 12 count conviction of “The Juice” pay back. Pay back for the crimes of murder that OJ was found “not guilty” of 13 years ago in the brutal and heinous deaths of Simpson’s ex-Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. Galanter called justice served a “lynching”. Cry us a river. Galanter some how has forgotten the jury nullification that took place 13 years ago and had no problem when that specific jury basically played the “pay back” game for crimes they perceived against their race. I guess some how that is different. How soon will this jury be called racists?

The Las Vegas jury that found O.J. Simpson guilty of all charges in a hotel room robbery case were “on an agenda” to make up for Simpson’s 1995 murder acquittal, his attorney said.

“This was just pay back,” Simpson’s lawyer Yale Galanter said Saturday, one day after Simpson and Clarence “C.J.” Stewart were convicted of the 12 charges against them in the hotel room confrontation. The two face up to life in prison.

It was revealed that 5 of the OJ jurors disagreed with his 1995 acquittal in the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. JUST 5!!! What were the other 7 people doing in 1995, living under a rock? People are allowed to have an opinion. People are also allowed and have the ability to focus on one case at a time. Just because they disagreed with one case does not mean that it is pay back time. That is just a whining defense attorney blaming others for the sins and crimes of their client.

No one forced OJ Simpson and his posse to go and attempt to rob by force these two sports memorabilia individuals. No one made OJ hand around with the types that he did. As we have always said, “water seeks it’s own level.” For some one who has been in the media light and that of the court room, OJ should have known better. How could he not? However, because he has been allowed to get away with murder in the past, literally, what else would he do but not care about the consequences of his actions.

I guess Galanter did not feel there was jury nullification in 1995.

Oh that’s right, its different when your client is on the side of the injustice.

      GUILTY …. GUILTY …. GUILTY

oj wouldn’t allow anyone to forget him. he spent the past 13 years trying anything to remain in the limelight. his publicity stunts have been nothing short of moronic. i’ll be happy not to hear how much fun he’s having. trading in the young ladies he’s been running with for some bunk-mate named bubba. now that’s justice!

I think he is alot like the devils brother, in that he laughs to see how much everyone hates him and he rubs the money in the Goldmans face with his fat cigars and smug look. He deserves this COMPLETELY.
Oh, hey wait, it just occurred to me, he hasnt played the RACE CARD yet. I wish Michaels Viks dogs could play with him a while…

Orenthal James Simpson is a cold-blooded MURDERER and everyone knows it.

Pay back my butt—this man should have been imprisoned 13 years ago. To think, he even failed at raising his 2 children afterwards. Sydney Simpson has had to call the Police on him for continued violence in the home more than once, post-Nicole Brown Simpson’s death. If I am correct, LAPD and Florida police have at least 4 “911″ Emergency calls where there was severe fighting in the home, and she feared her safety enough that she had to call Police on more than one occassion. How nice, you murdered my Mother- your whole life after is nothing but a lie- and I , as one of your children-am now stuck being (partially) raised by my murdering/domestic violence plagued Father. Lovely. NOT!

OJ! ROT IN THERE YOU MURDERER.

God Bless the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman. RIP, your enemy and the evil doer who decided your fate has the rest of his life in prison to go over his miserable life in his sick, twisted mind. All these years he tried in vien to convince the public he was innocent? Please,no one but the blind believed it for one moment.

Good Riddance to a dispicable sub-human being, OJ “THE MURDERER” Simpson.

In my opinion, this man was on a down-ward spiral even before he killed Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. The murder of his wife, has left him a broken man. One that would smile for the cameras and act like he was happy and having a good time. Much like Joran. But, the spiral didn’t stop there, his happiness, as he perceived it, depended on his fame and his money and it was his pursuit for those things that, finally, brought this man down to his knees.

Let this be a lesson to all of us. No matter how rich you are, no matter how happy you appear on the outside and no matter how many women you can get to sit on your knee, there is only agony if it’s not the right one.

Rest in Peace, Ron Goldman, our hero that tried to protect a battered woman from her attacker

      and

Nicole Brown Simpson, who gave it her all to make it work, but, found that the downward spiral was not the direction that she wanted to go. It cost her, her life.

And, most of all, God Bless The Children!

      .

I agree with Yale Galanter. OJ sadly, was sentenced for what he wasn’t sentenced for 13 years ago. I thought Judge Jackie Glass was fair in the beginning but in the end she was not. She allowed testimony from 13 years ago when she initially said she would not. This sentence is totally unfair. I really feel bad for OJ and his family members. I wish something could be done for him. Also, I am so sick of Fred Goldman and his vengefulness.

    12. Danah McGrath on December 5th, 2008 4:57 pm

I just saw Yale Galanter speaking to the press. I am so glad to learn that OJ is out on bail. That is great news. D. McGrath

I will find it utterly ridiculous if any civil rights groups come forward and try to declare racism in OJ Simpson’s recent trial. As we all know, the wind has been taken out of these activist’s sails ever since Obama was elect president. It appears racism is merely an event of the past and has been exterminated in America.

    15. Rev. George Brooks on December 6th, 2008 3:08 pm

Two black jurors turned down, leaving an all-white jury. That’s Mississippi one hundred years ago. And a Jew Judge (Jackie Glass), who had it in for O.J. Simpson from the beginning, because of the trial 13 years ago, and the death of Ron Goldman, another Jesus-hating Jew, as are all Jews. The only black judge in town, Lee Gates, was pushed to the back in order for Glass to preside. My group will be calling on President Obama to pardon Simpson, if at all possible. For this was nothing but a “Las Vegas Lynching of O.J. Simpson.”

    16. DavidGault on December 10th, 2008 11:12 am

I’m a white male and I agree with Rev. George Brooks. This case in Las Vegas was nothing short of a lynching and definitely a payback from what happened in California.

    17. machner on December 18th, 2008 4:42 pm

I doubt the Rev. is really a man of God. He forgets the two JEWS who were murdered ny the Klan in Missippi fighting for civil rights.

The judge’s religion is irrlevant. OJ received a sentence comparable to other defendant’s convicted of similar crimes in Vegas, without regard to his prior acquittal. OJ turned down a three plea offer. The evidence was overwhelming. His arrogance got in the way. Karma.

    18. ramjet on April 7th, 2012 9:04 am

Recovering your own stolen property is not recless behavior or arrogance. Judge Jackie Glass was biased against Mr. Simpson. Calling him arrogant proves it. The two thugs in possesion of Mr. Simpson stolen didn’t even get a sclap on the wrist. The armed robbery kidnapping is simply nothing but B S. It is nothing but payback from individuals who can’t get over their biases.
