According to reports, Joran Van der Sloot will be meeting with investigation in the Netherlands in wake of the revelations from the secretly recorded Peter R DeVries video tape. Joran Van der Sloots attorney states that Joran was lying on the video tapes and it was not an admission.
Van der Sloot later said the statements were lies, and on Monday, Tacopina said the video contains “no admission of a crime.”
Maybe Joe Tacopina, the high priced mouth piece out of NY City, would like to explain the following set of circumstances that all but show that Joran was telling the truth on the video tape. Joe Tacopina, how can your client can be lying on a tape if nearly 2 years and 8 months earlier the police were asking Beth and Jug about whether Natalee Holloway has a history of seizures? At the time Beth Holloway and Jug Twitty did not understand why the ALE were asking such questions. Then in the De Vries recorded tapes Joran Van der Sloot makes the very comments that she started shaking and became unresponsive. Where did the ALE get the notion to ask seizure questions in the first place to Jug and Beth?
Its not like Beth Holloway and Jug Twitty is making this up in the wake of seeing the de Vries video. Jug Twitty made the same comment nearly 2 months ago on Scared Monkeys radio with Dana on December 20, 2007. This was long before any de Vries tape came out or was known of.
So Joe Tacopina explain how someone can be lying when they are saying something that only a person who was present when Natalee died. How else did the police know to ask such a question if there was not an admission or confession by Joran in the first 24-48 hours. Of course that brings up another issue of police corruption in the investigation of Natalee Holloway as they obviously did nothing with Joran’s earlier admission except arrest two black security guards.
(CNN) – Joran van der Sloot is meeting with investigators Thursday in the Netherlands in response to the recently released videotape in the Natalee Holloway case, his U.S.-based attorney said.
The exact location of that meeting was not disclosed, but van der Sloot’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, said his client has “agreed to answer any questions.”
In the video that aired Sunday on Dutch television, van der Sloot, a suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Holloway, told a man he was with the Alabama teen on an Aruban beach when she apparently died and that a friend of his with a boat disposed of Holloway’s body.
Van der Sloot later said the statements were lies, and on Monday, Tacopina said the video contains “no admission of a crime.”
The lawyer said facts in the case contradict two assertions van der Sloot made in the video, including that the boat-owner friend mentioned wasn’t in Aruba in May 2005.
