Just when Aruba thought they had effectively made the Natalee Holloway story go away along comes Beth Twitty’s new book and media tour reminding everyone what happened 2+ years ago and what has not happened by Aruban authorities in her new book, “Loving Natalee: A mother’s Testament of Hope and Faith’. The subtitle is: ‘The true story of the Aruba kidnapping and its aftermath’.

Last weekend, Beth Twitty and the reporter of Fox TV, Greta van Susteren (on the fore with striped blouse), were in Aruba.

ORANJESTAD – Beth Twitty, the mother of the in May of 2005 disappeared American teenager Natalee Holloway, was in Aruba last weekend with the American reporter Greta van Susteren, who interviewed Twitty about her book “Loving Natalee: A mother’s Testament of Hope and Faith’. The subtitle is: ‘The true story of the Aruba kidnapping and its aftermath’. The book is published tomorrow and it contains according to Twitty, the ‘true story behind the kidnapping of her daughter’ and what happened afterwards.

Also Natalee’s father Dave Holloway published a book in April of 2006: ‘Aruba: The Tragic Untold Story of Natalee Holloway and Corruption in Paradise’. Yet another book was published on the same subject; this time the author is the suspect Joran van der Sloot, who currently is in college in the Netherlands and told his own story about the disappearance in ‘De zaak Natalee Holloway’. Van Susteren and her camera-team taped Twitty at several locations, including the police station in Noord and California Lighthouse. On the site gretawire.foxnews.com she writes about her professional cameras having been confiscated when she arrived in Aruba on Saturday, because her paperwork was not in order. They were prepared though: the three handy-cams they had with them were the solution. The site also shows a ‘pursuit’. The recordings can be seen on FOX on Wednesday evening.
