Posted in: Celebrity,Crime,Deceased,Justice,Legal - Court Room - Trial

The verdict is in and Conrad Murray has been found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson. Following the verdict, Murray was lead out of the court in handcuffs. Sentencing was set for November 29, 2011 with Murray facing up to a maximum of four years in prison on the conviction.

A two-year legal battle over who was responsible for Michael Jackson’s sudden death came to a dramatic close Monday as a California jury found Dr. Conrad Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Dr. Murray appeared to show no emotion as the verdict was read by court clerk Sammi Benson, but La Toya Jackson, the late pop icon’s sister, let out a loud, but short, scream.

A loud celebration erupted among Jackson fans outside of the downtown Los Angeles County courthouse, where emotions ran so high at least one woman fainted.

The defense claims that they had little chance and faced insurmountable obstacles in defending Conrad Murray in the contributing to the death of the King of Pop, Michale Jackson. However, lets look at the obvious, Murray was supposed to act as Jackson’s doctor. How could anyone not see that Conrad Murray was negligent in the death of Michael Jackson no matter how Jackson died.
