RUN ALVIN, RUN …
Welcome to the 2012 Greene Machine … Alvin Greene, the man who stunned America and won the South Carolina Democrat Senate primary who eventually lost to Republican Jim DeMint says he might run for President in 2012. This is a real story, not The Onion. I can only say the following … ONLY IN AMERICA!
Who can forget Alvin Greene’s CNN interview
Greene, the unlikely Democratic Senate nominee in South Carolina who lost overwhelmingly to Republican Sen. Jim DeMint last week, called the state Democratic Party on Tuesday to ask how much it would cost to run for president.
“Maybe. I’ll have to see,”Greene told POLITICO when asked whether he was considering filing to run for president. He confirmed that he called the state party Tuesday to ask about the fee. The state party’s spokeswoman, Keiana Page, confirmed that someone called the party Tuesday asking about the presidential filing fee but said that the caller did not identify himself.
RUN FOREST ALVIN, RUN!!!
Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. Can you imagine, Alvin Greene running against Barack Obama in the Democrat primary? Could Alvin Greene shock the world again and win the South Carolina primary over Obama? Stranger things have happened. As stated at Sister Toldja, does anything surprise us any more when it comes to Democrat South Carolina politics? How on earth did 358,276 and 28% of the Palmetto state vote for Greene?
Can You Imagine a debate between Greene and Obama, dare to dream. Check out Greene’s first speech evah.
Let’s just hope that by 2012 Alvin Greene is not put in jail first on the two charges he is facing of disseminating, procuring or promoting obscenity. This is considered a felony, as well as a misdemeanor charge of communicating obscene materials to a person without consent.
