Moderate indeed …
What ever happened to that promised Obama, moderate candidate who stated that he would reach across the aisle? What ever happened to there are not red states, there are no blue states, there are just the United States? What happened to that guy who fed America a line during the 2008 Presidential elections?
Forty-eight percent of American voters now believe that President Barack Hussein Obama’s political views are extreme. One might actually ask them self why the number is not higher? However, as Weasel Zippers asks, how many of this 48% believed the “Hope & Change” dribble and voted for Obama?
Forty-eight percent (48%) of U.S. voters now regard President Obama’s political views as extreme. Forty-two percent (42%) place his views in the mainstream, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.
By comparison, 51% see the views of Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as mainstream. Thirty-five percent (35%) think Clinton’s views are extreme. Fourteen percent (14%) are undecided.
However, here is the real number that Obama should be afraid of … 54%. But most voters not affiliated with either party also describe the president’s views as extreme by a 54% to 30% margin. The side by side comparisons of Obama and Hillary Clinton continue.
