- Posed with that question as to whether DC Sniper John Allen Muhammad should die from lethal injection of electrocution, the DC Sniper declined to answer. Interestingly enough, Muhammad murder victims were never given any choice. Dana says, “Can we just give him both?”
“Inmate John Muhammad was offered a choice in method of execution, and he declined,” Larry Traylor said. “Under the code, if the inmate declines to choose, it defaults to lethal injection.”
