Daily Commentary – Thursday, January 7th, 2009 – Chicago Considering Scrapping Police Entrance Exams

• Chicago Police Department considering scrapping police exams? Are they serious?  They apparently want to make the process more accessible to minorities, “it is reverse discrimination at best.” One would think we would raise the bar of police qualifications, not lower them. Once again PC policies put in place that would endanger the very people that police are suppose to serve and protect.
