The New Haven Register is reporting that the DNA taken from Person of Interest Raymond Clark is a MATCH to that from the bloody clothes found in the ceiling tiles at research facility at 10 Amistad St. in New Haven, CT! Police are in the process of getting an arrest warrant for Raymond Clark.
An arrest is certain to be made soon if not already done prior to the release of this information. The police were only waiting for a DNA match. This hardly comes as a surprise seeing that it was earlier reported that the bloody shirt belonged to lab tech Raymond Clark.
Police have obtained a DNA match that implicates Raymond Clark III, 24, in the slaying of Yale graduate student Annie Le, police sources said late Wednesday.
Police have obtained, or are in the process of obtaining, an arrest warrant, the sources said.
Police were in Cromwell, where Clark was staying in the Super 8 motel.
This comes hours after police served two more search warrants Wednesday on their “person of interest” in the slaying of a Yale graduate student.
Also, The New Haven Independent is reporting that a press conference has been set for 7:00 a.m. Thursday to announce what is anticipated to be an arrest of Raymond Clark in the murder of Yale graduate student Annie Le.
