HONESTLY, DOES ANYONE REALLY NEED TO SPEND A DIME TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTION?

We are in the midst of a recession and our Federal Government is spending $423,500 to determine why young heterosexual adult men don’t like to wear condoms. That is correct and not a mistake. The NHI, National Institutes of Health, is funding nearly a half a million dollars to study why men don’t like to wear condoms. How can the Obama Administration claim that we are in a budget crisis and spend (WASTE) money on such asinine projects?

The federal government is spending $423,500 to find out why men don’t like to wear condoms, a project government watchdogs say is a nearly-half-a-million-dollar waste of taxpayer money.

Researchers at Indiana University’s Kinsey Institute, with funding from the National Institutes of Health, are investigating why “young, heterosexual adult men” have problems using condoms. The study will include “skill-based intervention” to teach grown men how to use protection.

As the Fausta’s Blog states, this is only the beginning and asks,  couldn’t they have had any conversation with any guy at the local bar could have told you?
