Orange County detectives search Anthony home again on Saturday …
As investigators cleared the Caylee Anthony crime scene where the child’s remains were discovered a little over a week ago, detectives and Orange County police were back at the home of Cindy and George Anthony removing more evidence.
VIDEO, Crime Scene Cleared and Search Warrant Served
Detectives have finally finished their work at the crime scene off of Suburban Dr. A “No Tresspassing” sign and a camera was placed at the crime scene to watch over the property. Capt. Angelo Nieves reminded the public that it was private property and those tresspassing could be subject to arrest.

Even more intriguing was the search warrant served on the Anthony home today. Once again the home of Cindy and George Anthony that they shared with indicted tot mom Casey Anthony was taped off as a crime scene again today. Investigators entered the Anthony home with an additional search warrant to gathering more evidence. As Orange County Capt.. Angelo Nieves stated, “After reviewing the crime-scene site, our investigators saw fit to obtain an additional search warrant for the Anthony residence to obtain additional items of evidence.”
Four crime scene investigation vans just pulled up at the Anthony house. The property has been taped off as a crime scene. Orange County deputies have entered the house, and crime-scene investigators are waiting outside.
Investigators have several empty boxes.
Capt. Angelo Nieves said deputies found evidence at the site where Caylee Marie Anthony’s remains were found last week and needed additional items from the household she shared with her mother, Casey Anthony, and her grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony.
“After reviewing the crime-scene site, our investigators saw fit to obtain an additional search warrant for the Anthony residence to obtain additional items of evidence.”
Upon originally locating the plastic bag over a week ago, Orange County investigators had also obtained a search warrant as items located at the crime scene had a direct connection to the Anthony home. Following the initial discovery of the body, detectives took fingerprints from Cindy, George and Lee Anthony to try to rule out their involvement.
