Missing Caylee Anthony: TES Suspends Search … Could Casey Anthony Bail be Revoked … Indictment … The Pressure Cooker Begins

Tim Miller of Texas EquuSeach announced yesterday that they will be temporarily suspending search operations do to high water levels that were impacting and affecting the search for missing Caylee Anthony.

The Anthony family might think that is a good thing for them, but is it? For weeks members of the Antony family have been critical of search operations for Caylee insisting that Caylee was alive even though every sign of evidence proves otherwise. With TES pulling out for now, where does the Anthony family think the attention is going to shift to? The media and people of Orlando will no longer have a search to cover … they will be parked out in front of their home, that’s where. Anthony’s … don’t ask for things, they might come true. The powder keg known as the Orlando community toward what happened to little Caylee Anthony no longer has a search operation to diffuse it. One might have thought of this before deciding not to cooperate.

The other question to ponder is what is to happen with Casey Anthony? Indictment, revoking of bail or sitting in the pressure cooker waiting to blow?

The courts most likely have the right to revoke Casey Anthony’s most recent bail as the presence of a gun on the property most certainly violated the provisions of a bail.  George Anthony knew of these provisions, he signed the bail agreement. So if they really wanted to, the police could most likely re-arrest Casey and revoke the bail.

Or Casey could be indicted with the evidence that is presently at hand. I hope that Casey and the family do not take the theory of “no body no crime” to heart. Just ask Hans Reiser who was convicted of murder without a body and then lead police to his wife’s body.

However, maybe the best remedy to getting the truth from this family is letting them sit under one roof and what could only be described as a pressure cooker and powder keg. We have seen from the actions between protesters and the family that it is a volatile situation. Can you imagine what it must be like behind closed doors under the Anthony roof? Do not think that it is wine and roses, trust me. From all accounts there is hostility and dissension that can only get worse over time. The pressure of the spot light is solely on the Anthony home until Texas EquuSearch returns … we can only wait and see it reach the boiling point.
