No Body, No Crime, Only in Aruba … Kendrick Williams Arrested for Murder of Missing Stepha Henry

IN AMERICA … NO BODY … THERE IS A CRIME!
So much for Paul Van der Sloot’s comments of “No body, no crime”. Those rules seem to only apply in Aruba. 32 year old Kendrick Williams was arrested yesterday for the murder of Stepha Henry. The 22 year old Stepha Henry had been missing May 29, 2007 while in Fort Lauderdale, FL attending a reggae concert on Memorial Day weekend. She got into a car with a man and was never seen again.
SOUND FAMILIAR!!! There are so many aspects of this case that completely mirror the Natalee Holloway disappearance in Aruba, except one. Almost all missing person and murder cases are committed by the suspect who was last seen with the victim. The rules seem to change when it comes to Aruba and Joran Van der Sloot.
Stepha Henry’s body has never been recovered, yet Kendrick Williams was arrested for her murder. It does appear that that is a crime when there is no body, as long as there is no cover up and disposal of evidence.
Although Ms. Henry’s body has not been found, blood found in an Acura that Mr. Williams was driving at the time matched hers, the authorities said.
“No one could have survived losing that amount of blood,” said Jim Loftus, assistant director of investigative services for the Miami-Dade police.
He said that the police were still building a case and had no comment on a possible motive, but they did not believe that there was a sexual assault.
