The remains of Jacque Waller have been found in Cape Girardeau, MO. Jacque Waller, mother of triplets, has been missing nearly two years as she was last seen alive on June 1, 2011 in Jackson, MO after reportedly meeting with her husband, Clay Waller, to finalize divorce plans. James “Clay” Waller is a person of interest in Jacque’s murder and is currently is serving a five-year term in federal prison after pleading guilty to threatening Jacque Waller’s sister in an Internet posting. James Clay pled not guilty August 13th to first-degree murder before Judge Ben Lewis. 42 year old Clay Waller is set to go to trial in September 2013 for the death of his estranged wife.

The remains of Jacque Waller, a missing Jackson, Mo. woman who was allegedly killed by her estranged husband in 2011, have been found in Cape Girardeau, Mo., according to the county prosecuting attorney, CBS affiliate KMOV reports.
Clay Waller is accused of killing the 39-year-old and pleaded not guilty to the charges in August 2012. He is reportedly scheduled to go on trial in the fall.
He is currently serving time in a federal prison for threatening Jacque Waller’s sister over the Internet, according to KMOV.
