Charges Possible in Death of Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel Smith … quite the mystery … Toxicology Needed … “The cause of death is not natural”

The Bahama authorities are creating quite the mystery surrounding the death of 20 year old Daniel Wayne Smith. They are stating that they will leave it open as to whether they will be charging anyone with the death of the son of Anna Nicole Smith. Authorities state they believe they know what caused Daniel’s death; however, they are waiting for a toxicology report to confirm.
“We do know the cause of death,” Virgill said. “But we need to confirm it with a toxicology report.”
She declined to disclose details but said there was no sign of physical injury to Smith, who died while visiting his mother, a reality TV star and former Playboy playmate, in a hospital three days after she gave birth to a baby girl.
It is widely being speculated that Daniel Smith may have died from anti-depressants and other drugs in his system; however, official are waiting for toxicology reports to confirm.
People Magazine reported that the chief medical examiner in the case said the 20-year-old died of “unnatural causes,” but that could include a heart attack, said the magazine’s staff editor Larry Sutton.

Although media reports state a possible drug overdose, other report that was not the case. Which leads all to wait for the autopsy to get the real answers as to the sudden and unfortunate passing of Daniel Smith.
Government officials in The Bahamas will release an autopsy report on Friday.
The plot thickens by the following comments coming out of the Bahamas. However, authorities were quick to say that they had found no traces illegal drugs or paraphernalia during the investigation. But the authorities are ruling the death suspicious and scheduled a formal inquiry that could lead to criminal charges.
Deepening the mystery, Virgill said there was at least one other person in the room when Smith died. She refused to elaborate.
“I can confirm that there was definitely a third person in the room at the time of death and I do know who that person is,” she said. “But I am unwilling to reveal that information at this time for various reasons.”
A formal inquiry may be launched, in which case officials will not publicly disclose their findings until after it is completed, Virgill said in an interview.
