Remember when there was a government in the United States of, by and for the People?
Not so with the Barack Hussein Obama Administration. One day after Missouri voters overwhelmingly voted down Obamacare with Proposition C and rejected that the federal government had the right to force individuals to buy insurance, Obama White House Press Secretary stated … “flatly dismissed Missouri’s vote Tuesday rejecting a key part of the healthcare law”.
“Nothing, there is nothing wrong with Obamacare”
White House press secretary Robert Gibbs flatly dismissed Missouri’s vote Tuesday rejecting a key part of the healthcare law.
Gibbs said Missouri’s vote approving a ballot initiative to exempt residents from the new law requiring individuals to buy health insurance was “of no legal significance.”
Asked what it means that voters in Missouri would vote against the federal mandate, Gibbs said: “Nothing.”
Nothing? By a 3 to 1 margin Missouri voters rejected Obamacare and White House mouth piece for Obama thinks that it means nothing. 71% of voters said in a mandate to Obama, Pelosi, Reid and the rest of the Democrats that they wanted nothing to do with the federal take over of health care. Now that is a mandate. Not only does the “Show Me” state reject Obamacare, so does America. Six in ten Americans want to repeal the law and yet the Obama Administration continues to dismiss the will of the People.
Let’s see how Democrat US Senate candidate Robin Carnahan answers the same question on the campaign trail to the voters of the “She Me” state. if she answers in the same manner … Missouri will show her the door.
Obama and his minions can dismiss the will of the people now, they will not be able to in the November 2010 midterm elections.
