The United States had been warned about this terrorist as well … but much like the Ft. Hood terrorist Major Nidal Malik Hasan the warnings went unnoticed.  I guess this Administration thought that Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab was not considered dangerous either.

Just a heads up, Strike 3 will be a successful attack. What is this government doing to protect it’s citizens? Think they might actually start taking these terrorists seriously. What say you Barack Hussein Obama?

Alhaji Umaru Mutallab, the father of Flight 253 Plane terrorist Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab had warned the United States  U.S. authorities to his son’s “extreme religious views” months ago.

The father, Alhaji Umaru Mutallab, a former minister and chairman of First Bank in Nigeria, is shocked that his son was even was allowed to fly to the U.S., family members told the Nigerian newspaper This Day.

The dad was meeting with security officials to discuss his son, identified as Umar Farouk Abdul Mutallab, 23.

The younger Mutallab was not on any no-fly list when he flew from Nigeria to Detroit through Amsterdam, Rep. Pete King (R-L.I.) told the Daily News.

Good Lord, these terrorist will stop at nothing and try every avenue to see what works to inflict damage, pain and death upon America. Is it still just an “overseas Contingency acts” or is it terrorism? Good grief, Terror suspect Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab rigged underwear with explosives to bring down Flight 253.

As per CBS News, the Suspect May Have Employed New Technique for Bringing Explosives Onboard Planes Undetected. Isn’t this special. As stated by Atlas Shrugs, “The devout Muslim who attempted to take down the plane with a bomb had the device hooked up to his balls.”

A high-ranking law enforcement official told CBS News that the suspect apparently used a syringe to inject a chemical into powder – later identified as PETN – located near his groin, a technique not seen in previous attempted attacks. It’s possible, the source said, that this incident was a test of whether the materials could pass screening and how effective they might be at causing damage.

In 2006, investigators in London uncovered a plot to use liquid-based explosives disguised in drink bottles to blow up airliners. The case prompted new restrictions on passengers carrying beverages or other liquids.

Now investigators are trying to determine whether the rules need to be tightened again, concerned that the components of the explosive device were smuggled onto the plane despite technological advances in screening and detection.

Exploding underwear like Richard Reid had shoe bombs. Good grief, does this mean we will now be taking our underwear off in the airports? These terrorists will stop at nothing to kill us.
