Barbara Boxer: Unborn children, Abortions and Viagra … OH MY!

Just when you thought that Harry Reid’s ignorant comment comparing Republicans to pro-Slavery politicians was the most foolish thing you heard this week, along comes Democrat California Senator Barbara Boxer. She actually stated that denying women an abortion was the same thing as denying a man Viagra. HUH?

Welcome to the world of the colossally stupid. That’s right folks, this is what a liberal Democrat compares the murder of an unborn child to. Abortion, the murder of an unborn child is the same to Barbra Boxer as a sex stimulant.

How is a person so ignorant elected to office? How could one be so ignorant and blindly ideological that they could not tell the difference between an erectile dysfunction drug, and the means to end a human life? If this is what the Democrat party is about, there is no hope for her or them as a whole.

Next Boxer will compare Rape and children holding hands on the play ground. At some point during this idiotic speech I was waiting for SNL’s Emily Litella to say the phrase, Oh wait, that is quite different … “never mind”.

What on earth is this moonbat talking about? Abortion is supposed to be like a erectile dysfunction drug? Really? No wonder these people do not care about the lives of unborn babies.

So freedom of choice to pay for an abortion includes fleecing tax payers to force them to pay for abortions? That is what a government option does and the universal health care. If a person wants to buy a private plan with “ZERO” government funds, subsidies, ie tax dollars, go for it. However, were are the People’s freedom of choice to not have to pay for some one else’s abortion?

Boxer suggested there was a double standard underlying proposals to restrict abortion coverage. Under those amendments, women would have to buy separate policies, known as “riders,” if they wanted insurance for abortions.

“The men who have brought us this don’t single out a procedure that’s used by a man, or a drug that is used by a man, that involves his reproductive health care and say they have to get a special rider,” Boxer said on the Senate floor.

“There’s nothing in this amendment that says if a man some days wants to buy Viagra, for example, that his pharmaceutical coverage cannot cover it, that he has to buy a rider. I wouldn’t support that,” she said.
