Far be it from Barack Obama and his reelection minions to lets facts get in the way of a smear political ad.

The New York Times continues the story of Barack Obama’s negative attacks on Mitt Romney and Bain Capital stating that they are making inroads against Romney. However, too bad that they are false, but why would the truth ever get in the way of the Obama administration and especially his reelection team. FACT CHECK.ORG states that the “outsourcing” claims by Obama’s political ads a a stretch …”The president’s campaign fails to back up its claims that Romney ‘shipped jobs’ overseas.”  Does anyone really think that Obama and Democrats care much about presenting the truth when Obama just perpetrated the greatest hoax and “bait and switch” on the American people with Obamacare? Obama misrepresented his health care plan to the People as not a tax, then defended it to the Supreme court as a tax.

WAKE UP AMERICA, IT IS PRESIDENT OBAMA WHO HAS OUTSOURCED GREEN JOBS TO OTHER COUNTRIES WITH YOU TAX DOLLARS. Barack Obama is the real “Outsourcer” in Chief.

Propelled by a torrent of blistering television advertisements, President Obama is successfully invoking Mitt Romney’s career at Bain Capital to raise questions about his commitment to the middle class, strategists in both parties say, as the candidates engage in a critical summer duel to set the terms for this fall.

Despite doubts among some Democrats about the wisdom of attacking Mr. Romney’s business career, Obama commercials painting him as a ruthless executive who pursued profits at the expense of jobs are starting to make an impact on some undecided voters, according to strategists from both sides, who differ on whether they are causing any substantial damage.

Legal Insurrection is 100% correct, the Obama- Bain attacks are poorly done and false. However, even when something is poorly states and a falsehood is said enough by the liberal MSM complex, it becomes its own truthful narrative.

More from FACT CHECK.ORG regarding Barack Obama’s false ads against Romney regarding Bain Capital.

Obama accuses Romney in a series of TV ads of being a “corporate raider” who “shipped jobs to China and Mexico,” asking if voters want to elect an “outsourcer in chief.” But some of the claims in the ads are untrue, and others are thinly supported.

But after reviewing numerous corporate filings with the Securities and Exchange
Commission, contemporary news accounts, company histories and press releases, and the
evidence offered by both the Obama and Romney campaigns, we found no evidence to support the claim that Romney — while he was still running Bain Capital — shipped American jobs overseas.
?One TV ad, called “Come and Go,” claims that Romney “shipped jobs to China and Mexico.” But two examples cited by the Obama campaign occurred after Romney left Bain. There’s no clear evidence that a third company shipped jobs to China under Romney.
?A second ad called “Revealed” mocks Romney’s tough talk about cracking down on China’s trade practices by saying “all he’s ever done is send them our jobs” and citing the Washington Post article. But the newspaper article contained no examples of U.S. jobs being shipped to China while Romney was working at Bain.
?The “Come and Go” ad casts Romney as a “corporate raider,” but that term, loaded with negative connotations, is simply inaccurate. Bain didn’t engage in hostile takeovers when Romney was at the helm.
?That ad also repeats the claim that as governor of Massachusetts, Romney was “outsourcing state jobs to India.” But it wasn’t the state that outsourced contracts. Rather, Romney vetoed a measure that would have prevented the state from doing business with a state contractor that was locating state customer-service calls in India.

Seriously, how does Barack Obama have any credibility on job growth or outsourcing when ‘The One” has outsourced how many “green” jobs with tax payer stimulus monies to foreign countries? 80% of all stimulus tax payer dollars went to foreign countries. Making Obama even less credible is when he appointed GE’s CEO Outsourcing Champion Jeffrey Immelt as his “Jobs” advisor

GE is a model for what’s wrong with corporate America these days, writes Shahien Nasiripour at The Huffington Post. It’s a company “that’s hoarding cash, sending jobs overseas, relying on taxpayer bailouts and paying less taxes than envisioned.”

On the issue of shipping jobs overseas, GE’s actions are particularly glaring. The company regularly tops the list of transnational corporations ranked by the size of their foreign asset holdings, as it receives more of its revenues and profits from abroad than from its U.S. operations. Also, the majority of its 304,000 employees are based overseas.

Between 2005 and 2009, the U.S. employee share of GE’s total workforce dropped from 51% to 44%. In 2009 and 2010, GE shuttered 28 manufacturing plants in the U.S.
