More Party Crashers at White House State Dinner for Indian PM … 3rd Crasher, Carlos Allen a DC Party Promoter

One little, two little, three little White House State dinner party crashers …

That is correct, the Secret Service is now confirming that Tareq and Michaele Salahi were not the only party crashers at the Obama state dinner for the Indian prime minister. Carlos Allen, a D.C. party promoter was also at the event and breached security as well.

Unlike the Salahis, this newly revealed crasher got into the White House with the official Indian delegation. Many of the key details have not been officially released: the man’s name, how he came to be with the group of diplomats and how close he got to the president and first lady.

But a congressional source, who was granted anonymity to speak about the ongoing investigation into porous security at the White House, identified the man as Carlos Allen, a D.C. party promoter who runs an event space in Mount Pleasant. The source saw Allen’s name in official e-mails and documents pertaining to the Secret Service probe. Allen, 39, did not respond Monday to repeated e-mails and phone messages. The Post spoke with him last month regarding a comment he made to a blogger about having attended the state dinner; in the brief exchange, he denied knowledge of anything to do with the dinner.

Protect Americans from terrorism? These people cannot even protect themselves from party crashers. Talk about a metaphor. Coming soon to the White House … full body scanners!

Out of curiosity, who was actually supposed to be there? Was the guest of honor, Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh actually invited to his own state dinner? GEEZ! has security in this country become nothing but shear luck?

This is truly a troubling sign and image projected from the Obama White House. In the wake of the underwear shoe bomber and a slap in the face to all Americans that terrorism still exists and they want to kill us, we have an Obama White House that can’t seem to provide security to itself. As Mediate states, are we on our own for our security?

The perception that an Obama Administration is supposed to protect us from terrorism when they cant even maintain security at a closed function like a White House state dinner function is beyond satire. Not lost in all of this drama is the fact that the MOST TRANSPATENT WHITE HOUSE EVER knew of the third security breach for how long and has remained silent!

Somehow post the Christmas/Underwear bomber, yesterday’s shutdown of Newark, and the general sense that not only do people still wish us harm, but we are not prepared to deal with it, the Salahis are less funny. So the news that there was likely a third party crasher, which might have made for a fun (ish) follow-up headline just a short month or so ago, is actually not that funny. Or at all funny.

All White House spinning aside, this breach of a third guest into the state dinner event was confirmed by the Secret Service.

Checking further, agents found that a State Department official had picked him up, along with others from the Indian delegation, at the Willard InterContinental Hotel and had driven him from the hotel to the White House.

The man turned out not to pose a threat, but because the Secret Service failed to perform a background check, the agency never would have known if he was, for example, wanted for murder or involved with terrorist groups. Ironically, in the movie “In the Line of Fire,” an assassin was able to gain access to the president in similar fashion.

Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan initially did not respond to a request from Newsmax for comment. After the Newsmax story ran, the Secret Service issued a statement confirming that “a third individual, who was not on the White House guest list, entered the state dinner.”

Carlos Allen denies he was there.

But Allen, the CEO of HUSH Society magazine, told POLITICO Monday afternoon that he was not at the White House on Nov. 24.

“I did not attend the state dinner,” Allen repeated three times.

Nicole Almodovar, the 2009 Miss Maryland Galaxy, tells POLITICO that Allen told her otherwise.

“Yes, he told me he went and that he had a good time,” Almadovar said on Monday. Almodovar claims this conversation occurred at a Nov. 25 Thanksgiving food drive hosted by Allen’s magazine.
