The Once Obama/Democrat Hero Bowe Bergdahl Pleads Guilty to Desertion … Why Was There an Admission of Guilt and No Deal, Or was There?

OBAMA SHOULD PLEAD GUILTY FOR SWAPPING 5 HIGH LEVEL TALIBAN TERRORISTS FOR THIS TRAITOR …
Yesterday, U.S. Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdah pleaded guilty to desertion and misbehavior before the enemy. Unfortunately, there was no trial because this case deserved transparency and why the Obama prisoner exchange was ever allowed. Bergdahl admitted to knowingly leaving his post in June 2009 and that it was against the law. He would be captured by the Taliban and held by them until Barack Obama made the ill advised, head-scratching prisoner exchange. Obama and Democrats have a lot to explain for this. Of which they will never do. Obama exchanged 5 high ranking Taliban terrorists that he knew would go back to the battle field to try and kill Americans, had a Rose Garden White House ceremony as if Bowe Bergdahl was a conquering hero and Democrats praised him as a hero.
Make no mistake about it. there were no kangaroo courts or lynch mobs as he claimed. What there is in the United States are laws and consequences when you break those laws. Compound that when you are in the United States military. The individual who the Obama administration deemed a hero in Bergdahl now faces the possibility of life in prison.

US Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl could spend the rest of his life behind bars after he pleaded guilty Monday to desertion and misbehavior before the enemy.
Bergdahl disappeared from his base in Afghanistan in June 2009 and was held in captivity by the Taliban until May 2014.
“I left my observation post on my own,” Bergdahl told a judge Monday. “I understand leaving was against the law.”
The 31-year-old said he deserted from his outpost to try to reach the base from where he was dispatched. Bergdahl told the judge he wanted to report “a critical problem in my chain of command,” but did not specify what that problem was.
There was no pre-trial agreement prior to Bergdahl’s guilty plea, both the government and defense said.
Bergdahl faces up to five years in prison for the desertion charge and up to life in prison for the charge of misbehavior before the enemy.
Sorry if I think what Barack Obama did in this exchange was treason.
