Santa Claus “HO-HO-HO” Offensive??? Some People Really Need to Get a Life

LEAVE SANTA CLAUS ALONE …

Can children please still be allowed to have a childhood! So now its no longer a war on “Christ”mas in the religious sense, but instead a war on Santa Claus in an ignorant one. Santa Claus no longer allowed to say, “HO-HO-HO” because some narrow minded fools think that children will get confused because its too close to the slang connotation foe whore.  Are you joking?  

Santas in Australia’s largest city have been told not to use Father Christmas’s traditional “ho ho ho” greeting because it may be offensive to women, it was reported Thursday.

Sydney’s Santa Clauses have instead been instructed to say “ha ha ha” instead, the Daily Telegraph reported.

One disgruntled Santa told the newspaper a recruitment firm warned him not to use “ho ho ho” because it could frighten children and was too close to “ho”, a US slang term for prostitute.

Some people need to get their head out of the gutter and let children be children. There are so many more things out there that can be done to protect children than worrying about what Santa says. Maybe you can start by screening potential Santa’s for sexual predators.

“Gimme a break,” said Julie Gale, who runs the campaign against sexualising children called Kids Free 2B Kids.

“We are talking about little kids who do not understand that “ho, ho, ho” has any other connotation and nor should they,” she told the Telegraph.

“Leave Santa alone.”
