Former Tennessee highway patrol officer James “Randy” Moss finds himself in a pickle after a Wilson County grand jury indicted him on 10 charges related to his traffic stop with porn star Barbie Cummings    

The charges include tampering with evidence, official misconduct and official oppression.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says agents have arrested a former state trooper who resigned after a porn actress said she performed oral sex on him during a traffic stop.

It all started on a routine traffic stop when trooper James Randy Moss clocked a pink Honda Accord doing 92 mph in a 70 mph speed zone outside of Nashville, TN at approximately 1AM. The rest let’s just say was far from routine. As they say, nothing ever good happens after 1AM.
