Terrell Owens never one to shy away from the camera and the spot light is back in it again. This time it has nothing to do with the NFL or a team mate controversy. Terrell Owens was rushed to The Baylor Medical Center last night. Initial reports stated it was due to an adverse allergic reaction to pain killers he was taking for his fractured hand. Now we are hearing it may have been an attempted suicide.
Report: Terrell Owens Attempted Suicide
(CBS) Terrell Owens told police he attempted suicide last night.
KTVT-TV News first reported the Dallas Cowboys wide receiver was wheeled into Baylor Medical Center Tuesday night.
According to the Dallas Police Department incident report, Owens told police he took more than 30 pills in a suicide attempt.

According to a Dallas police report obtained by News 8, Dallas Cowboys star receiver Terrell Owens attempted suicide Tuesday night.
The report says Owens, 32, was depressed and reportedly took prescription pain pills. Owens broke his right hand in a Sept. 17 game against the Washington Redskins.
A woman companion stated that she observed Owens putting two pills in his mouth.
According to the police narrative, the woman said the prescription of 40 pills was filled on September 18 and—until Tuesday—Owens had taken only five pills. (WFAA)
UPDATE: Cowboys’ Owens Denies Suicide Attempt
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell OwensOwens said “there was no suicide attempt,” explaining that he mixed painkillers with supplements and became groggy.
He said Wednesday that the confusion over his condition likely stemmed from an empty bottle of pain medication found by his publicist, who was with him at the time. He said the rest of the pills were in a drawer. (Breitbart)
