Media Bias More a Concern than Big Contributions in Politics

Because we all  know there is no liberal bias in the media … It only got Obama elected in 2008.

More Americans have an issue with state run media propaganda than they do big campaign contributions in political elections. And they should. When the media merely acts as a propaganda arm of the government rather than a free press responsible to “We the People” … we have a real problem.  According to a recent Rasmussen poll, 55% of American voters state that media bias is a bigger problem in politics today than big campaign contributions.

Voters agree that big money talks in politics but apparently not as loudly as big media.

Fifty-five percent (55%) of U.S. voters continue to think that media bias is a bigger problem in politics today than big campaign contributions, identical to the finding in August 2008.

Thirty-two percent (32%) say big contributions are the bigger problem, but that’s down four points from the previous survey. Thirteen percent (13%) more are not sure.

Because we all know there is no liberal media bias in the news these days. All one has to do is look and see how the MSM portrays the Tea Party movement and their unfair and unjust attempts to brand all individuals as racists who dare disagree with President Obama and the Democrat controlled House and Senate. Is it any wonder why Democrats do not think there is media bias is a real issue. Why should they, they are the beneficiaries of it.

Sixty-eight percent (68%) of Republicans and 62% of unaffiliated voters say media bias is the bigger problem in politics, a view shared by just 37% of Democrats. The plurality (46%) of Democrats says campaign contributions are a bigger problem.

How damning is a bias media? We need to look no further than the 2008 Presidential campaign and election where the MSM refused to vet, question or investigate Barack Hussein Obama’s past. REFUSED! If anyone dare question his opinions or his past, the MSM labeled you a racist. All topics were off limits. The result was the MSM aiding Obama into becoming the President of the United States because they wanted him to.

However, today we find that once the America public found out the real truth of Obama … his poll numbers have slipped to the mid 40′s.

It was not the money that elected Obama, it was the favorable news coverage painting a pretty picture of sunshine, flowers and unicorns.
