Autobiography – au·to·bi·og·ra·phy [aw-tuh-bahy-og-ruh-fee]

noun, plural au·to·bi·og·ra·phies.
a history of a person’s life written or told by that person.

Why does Barack Obama have so many questionable, made up things in his past and why doesn’t the media really care to investigate them? Imagine if such accounts were that of a Republican candidate or President, the MSM would be attempting to uncover ever stone.  Especially, if they wrote about it in their autobiography.

Barack Obama’s life appears to be a well scripted Hollywood made for TV movie

An autobiography is supposed to be an account of one’s life written or told by that individual. Not when it comes to Barack Obama. It would appear that ‘Dreams From My Father’, Obama’s so-called autobiography can be found in the fiction section of your local library, Barnes & Noble and Amazon.com. It would appear that Obama mislead in his autobiography … what a shock.

One of the more mysterious characters from President Obama’s 1995 autobiography Dreams From My Father is the so-called ‘New York girlfriend.’ Obama never referred to her by name, or even by psuedonym, but he describes her appearance, her voice, and her mannerisms in specific detail.

But Obama has now told biographer David Maraniss that the ‘New York girlfriend’ was actually a composite character, based off of multiple girlfriends he had both in New York City and in Chicago.

“During an interview in the Oval Office, Obama acknowledged that, while Genevieve was his New York girlfriend, the description in his memoir was a “compression” of girlfriends, including one who followed Genevieve [Cook] when he lived in Chicago,” Maraniss writes in his new biography, an excerpt of which was published online today by Vanity Fair.

As Jammie Wearing Fool states, now that the MSM is actually reading Obama’s so-called autobiography, ‘Dreams of My Father’ and discovered the dog eating allegations, they have now come upon other mysterious Obama issues of his so-called girlfriend turned composite girlfriend, although no one seems to care who they are. Just curious, why would some one have to lie about a so-called girl friend and then have to come back later and explain the truth?

From Powerline comes the following excerpts from ‘Dreams’. The question comes to mind, why embellish to make such a point?

In his book, Obama tells a story about taking his New York girlfriend to a play. The story is important because in Obama’s telling, it led to the end of the relationship. The play, as you might imagine, dealt with race:

One night I took her to see a new play by a black playwright. It was a very angry play, but very funny. Typical black American humor. The audience was mostly black, and everybody was laughing and clapping and hollering like they were in church. After the play was over, my friend started talking about why black people were so angry all the time. I said it was a matter of remembering—nobody asks why Jews remember the Holocaust, I think I said—and she said that’s different, and I said it wasn’t, and she said that anger was just a dead end. We had a big fight, right in front of the theater. When we got back to the car she started crying. She couldn’t be black, she said. She would if she could, but she couldn’t. She could only be herself, and wasn’t that enough.

Only Genevieve Cook says it never happened. No such play, no such dialogue.

Weasel Zippers states it best when it comes to Obama and everything he seems to say or write … Like Rep. Joe Wilson once said, “You lie!”

America, what else has Barack Obama lied about in his past?
