Aruba, Natalee Holloway Disappearance: CONSPIRACY, Joined at the head

Recent television accounts of goings-on suggest there is nothing to charge the three persons with. Dictionary.com defines CONSPIRACY as:

n 1: a secret agreement between two or more people to perform an unlawful act.

Since it was and is a conspiracy from the beginning, not just individuals making up single stories to distance themselves (each) from a potential crime, don’t we have an unlawful act here? Intent to defraud law enforcement through scripted and rehearsed planning must be more than just child’s play under Dutch law.

Shouldn’t we be curious as to what others might be feeling about this?
