Daily Commentary – Friday, June 18th, 2010 – Winston Churchill’s Cigar Censored

Posted in: Bizarre,WTF

  • An iconic photo of the former Prime Minister Winston Churchill and his cigar in a war museum was airbrushed to erase his use of tobacco. How absolutely completely PC ridiculous. As Dana says, “Churchill and the history of WWII and those who fought for freedom need to be remembered, not airbrushed”.

You can fight on the beaches, you can fight in the fields and in the streets, but if you’re Winston Churchill, the one thing you can’t do in Britain these days is chomp on a cigar.
