Its Not Easy Running Green TV … Gore TV Announcing Layoffs

Al “its not easy being green” Gore is learning that it is not easy either in the media business these days as Gore’s cable network Current Media announced layoffs. The rambling long winded, convoluted statement can be found HERE. One would think that someone who had invested the internet would have had a leg up on the competition in the media industry.

As the Interested Participant said, “Blah, blah, blah, it’s kind of a convoluted explanation, don’t you think? They could have simply said that the company wasn’t making enough money”.

I would agree with the Jawa Report … its only a matter of time before they get in line for a bail out. Hey why not, every other failed business in America is doing so. Create a bad business model, run company into the ground and get rewarded with tax payer dollars. There’s a recipe for creating efficiency and a responsible business.
