Amber Alert Issued for 10 Month Old Nadia Sawney Missing Since 4/5/14 in Missouri City, TX … Last Seen With Her Biological Mother, 32 Year Old Melonie Nicole Harris

An AMBER ALERT has been issued for 10 month old Nadia Sawney, who has been missing since Saturday, April 5, 2014 in Missouri City, Texas. Nadia Sawney was last seen with her biological mother, 32 year old Melonie Nicole Harris. She recently lost custody of the child; however, took off with the infant before Child Protective Services was able to take the little girl. The child has multiple medical issues including a cyst on her back and osteoporotic bones.

Nadia was last seen with her biological 32-year-old mother, Melonie Nicole Harris. Authorities said Harris lost custody of her child in New York and fled the jurisdiction before Child Protection Services was able to take custody.

Officials said Nadia has multiple medical conditions, including a cyst on her back and osteoporotic bones, is malnourished and is considered very endangered.

Nadia was described as a black girl who is 2 feet tall, weighs 13 pounds 13 ounces, and has black hair and brown eyes.

Police described Harris as a black woman who has black hair and brown eyes.
