Unlucky 13

In the first day after the Supreme Court has reversed the ruling of death penalty for minors, its happened again.

Not less than 24 hours after the Supreme Court made their decision on death penalty for minors a second individual is killed by teens. This morning a bus driver in Tennessee was shot to death and now an 87 year old San Luis Obispo man is killed by a blunt head trauma from a skateboard. The suspected killers were 13 & 12. The story states “Investigators and neighbors confirmed that the 13-year-old suspect had talked to other children living at the park about the crime late Monday”

Maybe the Supreme Court would like to rethink their position? Its not that these children do not understand the consequences of their actions. ITS THAT THEY DO NOT CARE.
