Before there was “Gangnam Style”, Rap Singer Psy had Anti-American Military style … “Dear American” Song “Kill those f***ing Yankees” … To Perform for President Obama for a Christmas In Washington (Update: Psy with Weak Apology)

Are you serious, a rapper who previously sang anti-American vitriol, “Kill those f***ing Yankees” is to perform for Barack Obama for a Christmas In Washington. 

Psy, the South Korean rap singer who has taken the world by storm with his song ”Gangnam Style” and the most watched YouTube video ever. Psy has become an over night sensation and has enjoyed great popularity. However, Psy had a dirty little secret. Actually, thanks to Mediaite its not so secret anyone. His popularity might take a hit in the United States as it is learned that Psy has done and sang some pretty anti-American words. It would appear that before Psy had “Gangnam Style”, he was singing “Kill those f***ing Yankees”. Oh my, and it took this long to be reported?

It has recently been unearthed in the states, however, that eight years ago, long before achieving this massive stardom, the mega-star rapped about “slowly and painfully” killing American military members and their families.

Some context: since becoming a democracy in the late 80s, South Korea has developed a rich, sometimes over-the-top, tradition of protest. Swarms of Koreans hit the streets to protest everything from free trade agreements to North Korea to Muslim extremism to American troops stationed on their peninsula.

During a 2002 protest concert against the presence of 37,000 American troops in Korea, PSY took the stage in gold face-paint and, with the crowd egging him on, lifted a miniature “American tank” and smashed it on the ground to massive applause. UPDATE: The performance was inspired by the recent death of two Korean school girls who were run over by an American tank in South Korea. The soldiers driving the tank were acquitted by a US military court.

And then in 2004, a Korean missionary was captured in Iraq by Islamists who demanded that South Korea not send troops to aid America in the war in Iraq. Seoul refused to negotiate and the missionary was beheaded. The result: massive protests throughout Korea against both Muslim extremism and the U.S. military for indirectly bringing this fate upon a Korean missionary.

The South Korean rapper sang the following:

Kill those f*cking Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives
Kill those f*cking Yankees who ordered them to torture
Kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and fathers
Kill them all slowly and painfully.

Hmm, anyone in the liberal MSM going to question Psy or ask whether he still has these feelings? Even if there is an apology it will ring rather hollow. One hardly gets to say such words and then organizers presumed that he is fit for a family venue for a Christmas in Washington. Then again, this country elected a president who was friends with Bill Ayers.

This piece of garbage is bad enough, but the thing we have in the White House just might be worse. What a shocker, that despite PSY’s anti-American views, President Obama still plans to attend his Christmas in Washington performance. UNREAL. The Commander in Chief of the US military is attending a concert performance by an non-American who has espoused killing killing f*ucking Yankees, their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and father and do it slowly. WTF HAS THIS COUNTRY COME TO?

Due to the overwhelming controversy and media attention, Psy has been forced to apologize.

“As a proud South Korean who was educated in the United States and lived there for a very significant part of my life, I understand the sacrifices American servicemen and women have made to protect freedom and democracy in my country and around the world. The song I was featured in – eight years ago – was part of a deeply emotional reaction to the war in Iraq and the killing of two Korean schoolgirls that was part of the overall antiwar sentiment shared by others around the world at that time. While I’m grateful for the freedom to express one’s self, I’ve learned there are limits to what language is appropriate and I’m deeply sorry for how these lyrics could be interpreted. I will forever be sorry for any pain I have caused by those words.

“I have been honored to perform in front of American soldiers in recent months – including an appearance on the Jay Leno show specifically for them- and I hope they and all Americans can accept my apology. While it’s important that we express our opinions, I deeply regret the inflammatory and inappropriate language I used to do so. In my music, I try to give people a release, a reason to smile. I have learned that thru music, our universal language we can all come together as a culture of humanity and I hope that you will accept my apology.”

Sorry, I do not accept your apology. You are only making it because you were outed and got caught, not because you are actually sorry. However, A rep for TNT said “Psy is performing at ‘Christmas in Washington’ as planned.” How in the hell does this happen? How do we continue to coddle, teach and harbor these ingrates. How do we make these SOB’s famous who hate our country?

UPDATE I: I think I really have to agree with the PJ Tatler 100%. Maybe it is time for the USA to pull our troops, foreign aid, relief efforts out of these countries who continue to hate us for the good that we do. Maybe they will be more grateful when they are overrun by the evil that really exists in the world.

This fellow lived in this country and is from a country that America has protected for 60 years. More than 50,000 Americans died protecting his country, and countless Americans put their lives on the line to protect his country across the decades.

For what? So ingrates can turn around and fantasize about killing Americans? Why do we do this?

I think I’m done with the world. It’s not just this idiot, it’s how the entire world treats the United States like a fool and a villain. Maybe it’s time to pull all of our troops out of every nation that we currently protect and cut them all loose. No more military protection. No more disaster relief. No more foreign aid. Nothing. We take care of our own and no one else.
