Baby Daddy … Worst Kept Secret, John Edwards Finally Admits He is the Father of Rielle Hunter’s Baby Girl Quinn

John Edwards, who’s your Daddy? That would be the National Enquirer. They had the story correct from the very beginning.

John Edwards finally admits what most of us knew for quite a while. Edwards admits that he is the father of Rielle Hunter’s baby girl. The former North Carolina Senator has finally admitted it publicly … He’s the daddy. ABC News called the admission a bombshell. Bombshell? Are you joking? Who did not think that this lying weasel who cheated on his wife as she was going through cancer treatments and  was reaffirming his marriage vows after 30 years was the baby daddy of Quinn Hunter?

“I am Quinn’s father. I will do everything in my power to provide her with the love and support she deserves. I have been able to spend time with her during the past year and trust that future efforts to show her the love and affection she deserves can be done privately and in peace.

It was wrong for me ever to deny she was my daughter and hopefully one day, when she understands, she will forgive me. I have been providing financial support for Quinn and have reached an agreement with her mother to continue providing support in the future.

To all those I have disappointed and hurt these words will never be enough, but I am truly sorry.”

It turned out with John Edwards, it was not about Two America’s, it was about his two lives.

The National Enquirer says it plans to enter their paper’s work on the John Edwards scandal for a Pulitzer Prize. It is the story that the National media refused to cover. Of course had Edwards been a Republican, all bets would have been off.

While the Enquirer stories may or may not be prize-winning material — the paper’s most significant disclosures came in 2007 and 2008, and this year’s Pulitzers will honor material published in 2009 — there is no question that the tabloid scooped the rest of the media world.

When the Enquirer first reported in 2007 that Edwards had had an affair with Hunter, the former North Carolina senator dismissed the account as tabloid trash. The rest of the media, having no independent proof, steered clear of the story, even as Edwards, aided by his cancer-stricken wife Elizabeth, was mounting an aggressive campaign for the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination.

Oh good grief, as reported by Michelle Malkin … The Breck Girl is off to Haiti to rehabilitate his image. What’s the matter, there was no availabilities at Tiger Wood’s sexual addiction club? Maybe Edwards is doing research on the Two Haiti’s?

Oh, crikey. Ambulance chaser/skirt chaser Edwards flew to Haiti and is there to rehabilitate his image by exploiting the humanitarian crisis.
