Obama, International Rock Star in Chief Fails to Produce in Copenhagen … Global Warming Conference Ends in Failure … Let It Snow!

Hey Barack … Oh the weather outside is frightful, But the fire is so delightful, And since we’ve no place to go … Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

You gotta love the irony of Obama at a global warming conference where Copenhagen was experiencing cold weather and snow and Obama returning home to DC just in time for a blizzard that is supposed to cripple the East coast.

Once again the Obamamessiah comes back from Europe with hat in hand. Barack Obama literally thought that he could show up at the last minute and perform a miracle.  We hate to break it to Obama, but you really are not a Messiah.

The “International” bloom has truly fallen off the rose. Barack Obama, the US President who every one deems an International Rock star, travels to Copenhagen to ride in like the all conquering hero to save the “global warming” day and instead it ends in complete abject failure.

The MSM can pretend this is some form of major accomplishment, the fact of the matter is it was an epic failure. Could Barack Obama please continue to diminish the office of the Presidency. Only a community organizer would have traveled to Copenhagen and come away with such an outcome.

The UN climate summit reached a weak outline of a global agreement last night in Copenhagen, falling far short of what Britain and many poor countries were seeking and leaving months of tough negotiations to come.

After eight draft texts and all-day talks between 115 world leaders, it was left to Barack Obama and Wen Jiabao, the Chinese premier, to broker a political agreement. The so-called Copenhagen accord “recognises” the scientific case for keeping temperature rises to no more than 2C but did not contain commitments to emissions reductions to achieve that goal.

American officials spun the deal as a “meaningful agreement”, but even Obama said: “This progress is not enough.”

“We have come a long way, but we have much further to go,” he added.

Earlier in the day Barack Obama delivered a stinker of a speech of utter frustration to the delegates of the global warming conference in Copenhagen.  As reported at The Guardian, ‘Barack Obama’s speech disappoints and fuels frustration at Copenhagen.’

As The Other McCain referred to Obama’s efforts in Copenhagen … FAILURE!!! It was a Merry Christmas gift come early to the United States. Once again Obama comes home empty handed. So much for that International rock star status, eh. The Global Warming conference in Copenhagen was truly nothing more than a waste of time and joke.
