15 year old Joshua Harrelson has been missing since Friday, December 20, 2013 from the 3700 block of West Agatite Avenue in the Albany Park neighborhood on the Northwest Side in Chicago, Illinois. The police are saying that the missing boy has diabetes and they fear that he may not have the medical equipment he needs to treat it. Please be on the look out for Joshua Harrelson.

Description of Joshua Harrelson:

  • 5 feet 5 inches tall
  •  weighing 135 pounds
  • needs to test and adjust his sugar and insulin levels regularly but may not have the necessary equipment with him
