As new York City Mayor Bill De Blasio gave a rather tepid and some what hollow eulogy during the funeral of murdered NYPD officer Rafael Ramos, hundreds of police officers turned their backs on de Blasio during his comments. Despite a desperate mayor’s, who has screwed up royally and lost the support of the NYPD, pleas to leave politics out of the funeral, hundreds of police showed their disdain for de Blasio. Hundreds of police officers turned their backs on a screen showing New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio as he spoke at the funeral of one of two officers killed last week in what has been called an “assassination.”

A note to Mayor di Blasio, respect is not political, it is earned. You don’t get to cry racism and then say, just kidding.
