Missing Land? Could it be Eminent Domain?

Ever since the US Supreme Court passed eminent domain by a 5 to 4 ruling, the issue has sparked furor and some unbelievable government land seizures.

The State of Georgia has an eminent domain battle on its hands as the City of Stockbridge is attempting to take the land of a florist and gift shop to create a new downtown.
