You Betcha, 52% of Voters’ Views Are More Like Sarah Palin’s Than Barack Obama’s

And the hits keep on coming for President Barack Hussein Obama … America, how’s that “Hopey, Changey” stuff working out for you?

A recent Rasmussen poll shows what most Americans already know, Barack Obama is out of touch with main stream America and 52% of American voters say that their views are more like that of Sarah Palin than Barack Hussen Obama. By a 52 to 40 margin American voters see their views to be more like Sarah Palin’s than Obama’s, what a message that sends less than 50 days before the 2010 midterm elections. Worse yet for Obama and good for Saracuda, 63% of Mainstream voters describe their views as more like Palin’s.  It is no coincidence that the above poll is very similar to Obama’s overall job approval rating of 44% approve and 56% disapprove.

Fifty-two percent (52%) of Likely U.S. Voters say their own views are closer to Sarah Palin’s than they are to President Obama’s, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey.

Just 40% say their views are closer to the president’s than to those of the former Alaska governor and Republican vice presidential candidate.

Among the Political Class, however, 68% say their views are more like Obama’s, while 63% of Mainstream voters describe their views as more like Palin’s. 

Supporters of President Obaam will say, well that is just Republicans backing Palin. They would be wrong as usual.

Eighty-four percent (84%) of Republicans and59% of voters not affiliated with either major party say their views are more like Palin’s. Eighty-one percent (81%) of Democrats say they think more like the president.

So in the end, who is the political rack star with staying power? Obama is a one hit wonder with no follow up act, Sarah Palin is energizing a movement and its people to take their country back. As the Gateway Pundit says regarding Palin’s appeal over Obama, “What do you mean?… Not everyone wants to build a victory mosque at Ground Zero?”
