From The Birmingham News, PB High School grad prays her daughter is still alive

The mother of Natalee Holloway, an Alabama teenager missing for three weeks in Aruba, says she prays that her daughter has only been kidnapped, and is still alive somewhere on the Caribbean island.

“Isn’t it strange that I should be praying that my daughter has been kidnapped?” Beth Holloway Twitty said from her hotel room in Aruba, in a telephone interview Thursday with the Pine Bluff Commercial.

Twitty is the former Beth Reynolds, a 1978 graduate of Pine Bluff High School, and her mother, Ann Reynolds, still lives in Pine Bluff. Twitty, a speech therapist, and her husband live in Mountain Brook, Ala., near Birmingham, with Natalee, 18, and their 16-year-old son, Matt.

This is very interesting as Mariaine Croes says, “Paulus Van der Sloot [he] was arrested and being held under the ‘reasonable suspicion’ of involvement in the disappearance of Miss Holloway”.

Just a reminded from last night we posted from Fox News; Hannity & Colmes, Mariaine Croes said the following:

“Paulus Van der Sloot is being held in suspicion of the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, NOT THE COVER UP. He is being held on the same charges as the previously four detained suspects.”

Also from last nights, Larry King Live, Prosecutors office spokesperson, Mariane Croes, said the following:

“Paulus Van der Sloot was arrested on the suspicion of premeditated murder”

KING: And why are they suspects?

CROES: At this point the general description is that they are suspected of being involved in the disappearance of Ms. Holloway. That’s the general description. But because when we arrest somebody, you have to have a reasonable suspicion of specific crimes, so at this point all the suspects are arrested on the first crime of premeditated murder.

Just not sure what to make of these comments from the Arban Prosecutors office. The prosecutors office is not stressing a cover up, but actual initial involvement. Those are pretty strong charges. Either they have something or have found some huge inconsistencies, someone is singing like a canary or this is one of the biggest bluffs I have ever seen.
