President Donald Trump Pulls the Plug on Abandons Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) Obama’s Signature Trade Deal

On day one of his presidency, Donald Trump fulfilled a campaign promise and ended the TPP, Trans-Pacific Partnership. And so it further begins. First Obama went after Obamacare, Obama’s signature piece of legislation and now it’s Obama’s signature trade deal. Trump looks to make individual trade deals with countries and doing so from an America first vision. President Trump was able to end the TPP by an executive order because it was never approved by Congress. Bipartisan trade policy, eh NY Times?

President Trump upended America’s traditional, bipartisan trade policy on Monday as he formally abandoned the ambitious, 12-nation Trans-Pacific Partnership brokered by his predecessor and declared an end to the era of multinational trade agreements that defined global economics for decades.

With the stroke of a pen on his first full weekday in office, Mr. Trump signaled that he plans to follow through on promises to take a more aggressive stance against foreign competitors as part of his “America First” approach. In doing so, he demonstrated that he would not follow old rules, effectively discarding longstanding Republican orthodoxy that expanding global trade was good for the world and America — and that the United States should help write the rules of international commerce.

Although the Trans-Pacific Partnership had not been approved by Congress, Mr. Trump’s decision to withdraw not only doomed former President Barack Obama’s signature trade achievement, but also carried broad geopolitical implications in a fast-growing region. The deal, which was to link a dozen nations from Canada and Chile to Australia and Japan in a complex web of trade rules, was sold as a way to permanently tie the United States to East Asia and create an economic bulwark against a rising China.

Loudmouthed, Obnoxious Liberal Gets Herself Kicked Off Plane By Verbally Attacking Donald Trump Supporter

A note to the LEFT, this is part of the reason why you lost the election, people are tired of your nasty, my way is the only way attitude. An irate, nasty woman got herself kicked off plane for berating stranger over attending the Donald Trump inauguration. No one care what you think and you don’t have a right to insult and go after people who have a differing point of view that you do. What makes you think you are so special? After this liberal moonbat gets in a strangers face and demands that he be made to changed seats, a flight attendant asked the loon to come with them. The nasty moonbat then has the nerve to say, “He’s in my space,” good grief. You friggin liberals need to get a grip. She was eventually taken off the plane by police to the clapping of those on board and chants of USA, USA.

What should have been a quiet, uneventful flight home turned out to be anything but after a crazed anti-Trump liberal began berating a calm, collected Koteskey out of the blue.

The woman asked him if he had come to D.C. to cheer or to protest, and a respectful Koteskey replied that he “came here to celebrate democracy ma’am.”

“You put a crazed man in charge of the nuclear codes! You should be ashamed!” the woman then says.

Madonna Says at Woman’s Protest March in Washington DC … “Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.”

MADONNA SAYS, SHE HAS THOUGHT ABOUT BLOWING UP THE WHITE HOUSE …

The liberal moonbats are out in force and this time the Secret Service may not be too far behind. On Saturday at the uber-liberal Woman’s march protest in Washington, DC, the over-aged and now pretty much irrelevant pop star Madonna told the crowd that, “Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.” WHAT? How is this not a terrorist threat? Sorry folks, this is not free speech. But this is what the unhinged Leftist are allowed to get away with as the liberal MSM defends such actions of violence and calls it musings. Imagine, just imagine if some one said this a day after Barack Obama was sworn into office?

“Yes, I am outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House … but I choose love,” Madonna said from the main stage area near the National Mall.

“I’m angry. Yes, I am outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House.
But I know that this won’t change anything. We cannot fall into despair.
As the poet W. H. Auden once wrote on the eve of World War Two, “We must love one another or die.” I choose love. Are you with me?
Say this with me: We choose love!…We choose love!…We choose love!”

Now that the heat is on the foul mouthed singer, Madonna suddenly claims that her remarks were taken “wildly out of context”. Oh, of course they were Madonna. So taken out of context as you had no problem inciting the liberal, moonbat mob on Saturday with you vile and destructive rhetoric. Just like with all free speech there are consequences to your actions. Hopefully the Secret Service will be paying you a visit.

While taking part in a protest march in Washington DC on Saturday, the singer said she had thought “an awful lot about blowing up the White House”.

Trump supporters reacted angrily, claiming that there would have been uproar if such a comment had been made about former president Barack Obama.

Madonna has now said her remarks were taken “wildly out of context”.

“Yes, I’m angry. Yes, I am outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House. But I know that this won’t change anything,” she said in her speech.

After Madonna made the comments, White House chief of staff Reince Priebus told Fox News: “One of the singers said she wanted to blow up the White House. I mean, can you imagine saying that about President Obama?”

Kellyanne Conway, a senior White House aide, described Madonna’s speech as “destructive”.

She also drew attention to some reports that the secret service had been made aware of the singer’s comments.
