Janet Napolitano thought she was going to just walk into a funeral for a fallen hero and not have to take flack for the lack of any border security policy on the Mexican border.  The grieving family said that Napolitano’s words were empty. The Terry family told Napolitano to, “wake your man up in the White House”, to which she responded back to the family of a fallen border security hero, that Obama’s done more in two years than any president. Missing & Murdered David Hartley: Lead Mexican Investigator of Falcon Lake Case Rolando Armando Flores Villegas Beheaded

If you thought that the case of missing and presumed murder of American tourist David Hartley could not get any more strange and bizarre, you were wrong. UNREAL!

The lead Mexican investigator of the“missing & murdered” David Hartley case, Rolando Armando Flores Villegas, was beheaded. The Mexican investigators severed head was delivered in a suitcase to the military. It is confirmed, the drug cartels have drawn a line in the sand … leave the area, do not investigate, or die.

Think this is not a message from the drug cartels to the Mexican authorities to cease and desist? Obviously the Zeta drug cartel does not want any one investigating or snooping around in this area as they have sent a clear and present message.

The area is known to be under control of the Zeta drug cartel, which fiercely protects the sparsely populated ranchland lining the border, as well as the Mexican side of the vast Falcon Lake reservoir.

Young said the family felt the cartels were trying to scare search teams away.

“I just think they’re trying to send a statement that they don’t want us there,” she said. “We haven’t really processed what it means.

The lead Mexican investigator in the Falcon Lake case, Rolando Armando Flores Villegas, has been killed, his severed head delivered Tuesday in a suitcase to the Mexican military, officials told CNN.

“His head was delivered to the army garrison this morning in a suitcase after he failed to report back home last night,” Zapata County, Texas, Sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez Jr. said.

A spokesman for the attorney general of Tamaulipas state in Mexico, Ruben Dario-Rios, confirmed the killing Tuesday afternoon in a telephone interview.

The report came a day after authorities in the Tamaulipas state attorney general’s office gave conflicting information on whether authorities were pursuing a pair of suspects in the case of David Michael Hartley’s disappearance.

Mexican authorities had previously released the names of two suspects in the death and disappearance of David Hartley.

Two “persons of interest” named  …

Mexican police have identified two individuals as “persons of interest”in the shooting death of American tourist David Hartley on the US-Mexico border Falcon Lake. The two individuals names suspected in the murder of David Hartly are Juan Pedro Saldivar-Farias, known as “El 27″,  and Jose Manuel Saldivar-Farias, , known as “El31″. However, police have not released a photo of the two suspects.

State police Commander Juan Carlos Ballasteros stated that the two men are from New Guerrero, Mexico,  close to the abandoned town of Old Guerrero where David and Tiffany Hartley were reportedly attack by Mexican pirates.

Tamaulipas State Police Commander Juan Carlos Ballesteros told El Universal newspaper on Saturday that authorities believe Juan Pedro Saldivar-Farias and Jose Manuel Saldivar-Farias killed Hartley.

Ballesteros told the paper that the two men are accused in numerous crimes in Mexico, including burning homes, robbing businesses and several homicides.

If there is no body, is there no crime … Sound Familiar?

This area of the US-Mexican border hardly seems like a safe vacation spot that would be endorsed by travel agents as it was reported that Mexican soldiers reportedly killed six gunmen Thursday afternoon, in the same area where Hartley went missing.

One question that comes to mind in the naming of these people of interest, what is the rational behind it? Is this the rounding up of the usual suspects in Mexico or do authorities have sunstantial facts as to why to point the finger at these two?

There are questions abound and rightfully so in this case; however, what no one can question is the violence on the US-Mexican border. Did it come as a surprise to Americans that there were Mexican pirates operating so close to the US border? Not Somalian pirates, Mexican ones.

The search continues in the United States-Mexico border lake for missing and presumed murdered David Hartley. However, to date there has been no body found. Searches continue, even though there were threats of an ambush from drug gangs temporarily thwarted efforts.

The story is bizarre to say the least. The wife’s story had initially been questioned by Mexican authorities. That’s is a dicey comment to state publicly, no matter if authorities believe it to be true or not with Tiffany’s story. Remember, this is Mexico, where police corruption and drug cartels rule the day.

But on Monday, a Mexican official seemed to question whether the attack took place at all.

In a statement, Marco Antonio Guerrero Carrizales, district attorney for the Miguel Aleman Province, writes, “We are not sure. We are not certain that the incident happened the way they are telling us.”

CBS News correspondent Don Teague reports that family members have countered by criticizing what they see as a lackluster search effort by Mexican authorities.

Let’s keep in mind that this area is prone to violence. There had been previous attacks and people were warned about the area. Personally, I would go no where near Mexico or have my family members there, but that’s me.  Please try to not compare Mexico is the US and how things are done. Mexico is not only a completely different country, its a completely different world.

However, there is a witness and blood evidence that was discovered to support. Zapata County’s sheriff Sigifredo Gonzalez stated that he has blood evidence from the life vest of Tiffany Hartley, the wife of David Hartley, that supports her story. But does it really? All it supports is that David Hartley is dead. I would like to think we as a society have not become so jaded that we dismiss the words of the wife over that of Mexican authorities. However, that is not to say we do not have the right to speculate and question if the story does not add up, like in the case of murdered honeymooner George Smith.

Round II: Greta van Susteren last night scored a knock out in the political/legal boxing match with uber-Lib attorney Gloria Allred. Actually, the referee should have stepped in and stopped the match as Greta owned Allred who was “Alldone” the minute the interview started.

Greta: I think she would have been a lot smarter to talk to a lawyer who worried more about her liberty whether she be deported than whether she make a public statement

Of course the other question is, how is one mistreated when they broke the laws of the United States and entered the country illegally, they then used a phony social security number and then kmnowing lied on work applications. Nicky Diaz lied and violated the law and now she is claiming damages, priceless. However, when Greta states, “she lied and violated the law, maybe she is not the ideal spokesperson for this issue”, the response from Allred was telling and she was found wanting of being a political hack. Allred’s response had nothing to do with her client, instead she said the following, “well maybe Meg Whitman is not the ideal person for governor.” UNREAL.

Goria Allred should be brought up on ethics charges in fron of the California bar for this. Then again, a lot that useless organization would do. it makes one wonder, who is paying Gloria Allred in this unethical hatchet job and is Nicky being paid to do this. Who in their right mind would expose themselves to this potential legal harm and deportation for $6200 and the right to speek her mind.

Better yet, following Obama’s election all polls showed that his popularity was through the roof. Rasmussen had Obama job approval the day “The One” took office on January 20, 2009 at 67% and a +25 Presidential Index rating. Gallup had Obama at 68% – 21% job approval on January 21, 2009.

But some how in 19 short months white America became racist. That’s it, you brilliant race baiter on the LEFT. The fact that Democrats are scrambling for their political lives could not be because President Obama promised that his $787 billion stimulus package would hold unemployment at 8% and we are presently at 9.6% and rising, while underemployment is at 18.6%?It couldn’t be that Obama and the Democrats focused on Obamacare and the government take over of health care in the US for months and montHs against the will of the people? Instead of focusing on creating a positive job environment for business, Democrats rammed Obama care down the throats of Americans. To the point where a 58% to 36% margin are in favor of repealing Obamacare.

Americans saw a lack of urgency and leadership from Obama in handling the BP oil spill. So much so that Americans actually view former President GWB as doing a better job with Hurricane Katrina than Obama did in handling the aftermath of the oil spill in the Gulf.

Racism is not the root cause as to what has caused the Democrats plight and their fear of losing both the House and Senate in 2010 and the Presidency in 2012. Americans have discovered what the real meaning of Obama’s “Hope & Change” is and they do not like it. On every major issue of the day, Obama and Democrats have taken the side against the majority of the American people. What did they think was going to happen?

Barack Obama received his present polling numners the old fashion way … he earned it.  Like his recent -23 Rasmussen Presidental index ratong and his overall -4% average job approval polling from RCP.

What a disgrace and slap in the face to the 14th Amendment. An Amendment adopted in 1868 as a way to block state laws that prevented former slaves from becoming citizens and over turn the Dred Scott decision. Why do we continue to benefit those who break the law and spit in the face of the 14th Amendment.

As Republican members of Congress press for changes to the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, preventing automatic citizenship for babies born to illegal immigrants, opponents insist the debate is not really about babies.

Instead, they say it is about politics and votes – not fixing the immigration system.

Still, the debate could resonate in Texas, where not only 1.5 million illegal immigrants are estimated to reside but at least 60,000 babies are added to their households annually.

Obama stated he wanted to work with states like Arizona, yet sues them instead. Obama agreed more should be done, but has done nothing? Nothing except prevent states from protecting their citizens and securing the border.

Polls show that two-thirds of the American people are in favor of the Arizona law and border security. The American voters were against the federal government suing Arizona. Only one-third of Americans are against the Arizona law, including President Obama as stated at the Gateway Pundit. However, the President shamelessly attacked Americans who supported the Arizona law
