# You Lie: California Overstated Traffic to Health Insurance Exchange … Claimed Obamacare Exchange Got 5 Million Hits, Um It was More Like 645,000
Not only is Obamacare a lie to the American people, so is the so-called internet traffic to the Obamacare health exchange websites …
According to the LA Times, that California is walking back their initial statements that 5 million individuals visited their health exchange site Tuesday, the launch of Obamacare. The California’s health insurance exchange only overstated a little as they are now reporting that only 645,000. As Maxwell Smart, Agent 86, used to say, “missing it be that much”. Of the 645,000 hits, only 514,000 were unique visitors. The insurance exchange had initially touted the faux 5 million claim as a way to spin the the enthusiasm and interest for Obamacare as well as the large traffic causing glitches.
Officials at the California insurance exchange website claim the error was a result of an internal miscommunication. Really, because I always confuse 5 million with 645,00. The Daily Caller is reporting that the Obama administration is not releasing any data on the number of people who successfully enrolled Tuesday. Why not, I thought this was supposed to be the most transparent White House ever? The fact is that if the numbers were fantastic and positive for Obamacare, Barack Obama would be praising them and spiking the football. However, it was a total bust.
California’s health insurance exchange vastly overstated the number of online hits it received Tuesday during the rollout of Obamacare.
State officials said the Covered California website got 645,000 hits during the first day of enrollment, far fewer than the 5 million it reported Tuesday.
The state exchange had cited the 5 million figure as a sign of strong consumer interest and a major reason people had so much difficulty using its $313-million online enrollment system.
Dana Howard, a spokesman for Covered California, said the error was the result of internal miscommunication.
“Someone misspoke and thought it was indeed 5 million hits. That was incorrect,” he said.
Howard said the revised Web traffic still represents a huge response. He said the number of unique online visitors Tuesday was 514,000 and the state received 19,000 calls.

Lap Dog Media Show Obamacare is a Joke … CNN and MSNBC Fail to Sign Up for Obamacare Live on Air
Obamacare, EPIC FAILURE … The lap dog media could not even defend Obamacare on this one …
The joke is on you America, after years in the planning and millions upon millions of dollars spent on the implementation of Obamacare, day one is a complete and total bust. Not even the liberal media could come to the aid of President Barack Obama as the internet sign on system was rife with errors, server delays and page loading mishaps. s reported at the Washington Times, President Barack Obama now says Obamacare will bring months of ‘glitches’. What a microcosm of the Obama presidency, all promises and nothing but a clustf*ck in return. Welcome to your Obamacare.
CNN tries to log on for Obamacare and fails miserably.
From The Weekly Standard:
BROOKE BALDWIN: So you guys hit a wall. we’re here in Georgia. What about other states? Similar issues?
ELIZABETH COHEN: The CNN medical team branched out. We tried in about 20 different state states. In 12 of them we hit glitches. Sometimes it made it impossible to sign up. There were error messages or that little annoying kind of twirly thing.
BALDWIN: I hate the twirly thing.
COHEN: Hate it, hate it, right? In many cases, you just couldn’t sign up.
From NRO … Even the Progressives at MSNBC could not sign up for Obamacare either.
MSNBC’s Mara Schiavocampo ran into difficulties as she tried to sign up for the newly launched health-care exchanges on Tuesday. After getting an error message on the website, she called the help line twice, but wasn’t able to reach a navigator on the other end. Instead, she was put on hold for 35 minutes.
“If I were signing up for myself, this is where my patience would be exhausted,” Schiavocampo said before she gave up.
The joke is on you America, how did this guy get reelected again?

Obama Enemies List: Ben Carson Visited by IRS after His Critial Comments of Barack Obama at National Prayer Breakfast Earlier This Year
Is the IRS acting as President Barack Obama’s personal revenge and intimidation department?
Earlier this year at the National Prayer Breakfast former Johns Hopkins neurosurgeon Ben Carson became a household name and an instant sensation with Conservatives and Republicans when he openly criticized President Obama’s 2010 healthcare reform law (Obamacare), while Obama was sitting just a few feet away. Enter Chicago-style politics and the politics of fear and intimidation. So what did Dr. Carson get for his Constitutional right to free speech and criticism of Obamacare … why a visit from the IRS of course.
At an event in Birmingham, Ala. Monday night, former Johns Hopkins neurosurgeon Ben Carson revealed that he had received a visit from the Internal Revenue Service following his much-noted remarks at a National Prayer Breakfast earlier this year.
“I had my first encounter with the IRS this year, unsurprisingly after the prayer breakfast,” Carson told an audience that at the annual Business Council of Alabama Chairman’s Dinner, according to a report from Cliff Sims of the Montgomery, Ala.-based Yellowhammer News.
Ben Carson’s speech at the National Prayer Breakfast
Talk about your coincidences, eh? What are the odds that an individual has their first encounter with the IRS following a highly publicized speech that criticized Barack Obama’s signature piece of legislation with the president just mere feet away. With the IRS facing the scandal of targeting conservative groups and the Tea Party, how much of a stretch is it that they would attempt to nip this in the bud ad intimidate Ben Carson? What kind of a police state do we live in under the Obama presidency? Sorry, but the actions of the IRS can hardly be considered random. One has to wonder whether the IRS has become Obama’s storm troopers. Talk about a government abuse of power. No matter what the party is in office or who the president is, this kind of crap cannot be allowed in a Republic.
Remember when Obama joked about using the IRS to audit individuals … I guess we are left to wonder whether he was joking or not? I can bet that Ben Carson, the Tea Party and other Conservative groups are not laughing.
UPDATE I: Washington Times - IRS targeted Dr. Ben Carson after Prayer Breakfast speech.
Just months after he gave a speech earlier this year that challenged America’s leadership in President Obama’s presence, Dr. Ben Carson was targeted by IRS agents who requested to review his real estate holdings and then conducted a full audit without finding any wrongdoing.
“I guess it could be a coincidence, but I never had been audited before and never really had any encounters with the IRS,” Dr. Carson said in an interview Thursday with The Washington Times. “But it certainly would make one suspicious because we know now the IRS has been used for political purposes and therefore actions like this come under suspicion.”
Barack Obama Says Using the Obamacare Website as easy as Buying ‘a TV on Amazon’ … Instead Americans Get Glitches, Server Errors & Other Misadventures at Healthcare.gov
Oh the irony, welcome to the beginning of the train wreck of even trying to log on and attain Obamacare at Healthcare.gov.
President Barack Obama said that using the Obamacare website as easy as buying ‘a TV on Amazon’. Are you kidding? Really Mr. President? The do not call Obama the “Lying” King for nothing. If Amazon was anything like the Helathcare.gov web page they would have been out of business years ago. How bad is it when you can’t even sign on to the page, let alone cannot access and of the information? What a joke. But what else would you have expected from a failure of a president?
This is what Obama calls a glitch. UNREAL.
Pres. Obama said today that buying Obamacare health insurance through the administration’s www.healthcare.gov website is the same as buying something on Kayak.com or Amazon.com.
In a speech defending Obamacare, the issue driving the government shutdown/budget battle, Obama declared:
“[S]tarting today, you and your friends and your family and your coworkers can get covered, too. Just visit healthcare.gov, and there you can compare insurance plans, side by side, the same way you’d shop for a plane ticket on Kayak or a TV on Amazon.
“You enter some basic information, you’ll be presented with a list of quality, affordable plans that are available in your area, with clear descriptions of what each plan covers, and what it will cost. You’ll find more choices, more competition, and in many cases, lower prices — most uninsured Americans will find that they can get covered for $100 or less.”
See the multitude of errors or what Barack Obama calls glitches. Sorry Mr. President, this is a total and complete failure of the system when people cannot even log on to a page to see what the Democrats have rammed down their throats in Obamacare. President Obama actually defended this disaster even though most could not access the web pages. Welcome to government healthcare.
More at Twitchy … Obamacare, a complete and total disaster.

Pew Poll: 77% of Americans “Angry” And “Frustrated” With the Federal Government
According to a recent PEW Poll, 77% of Americans are “Angry” and “Frustrated” with the federal government . Imagine that. As per poll results, 26% of Americans recently reported that they feel “angry” with the federal government, while another 51% say they are frustrated. With all the scandals, excessive spending, out of control debt, fears and lies of Obamacare and record number of recipients on food stamps with no job recovery in sight, is it any wonder why so many Americans are angry and frustrated. It would appear that only liberal Democrats are not angry with the current federal government … what does that tell you America?
With a possible government shutdown just hours away, public anger at the federal government is as high as at any point since the Pew Research Center began asking the question in 1997. Anger is most palpable among conservative Republicans – 41% say they are angry at the federal government, the highest among any partisan group.
The new national survey by the Pew Research Center, conducted Sept. 25-29 among 1,005 adults, finds that 26% overall say they are angry at the federal government, while 51% feel frustrated. Just 17% say they are basically content with the government.
The share of Americans who say they are angry at the federal government has risen seven points since January and now equals the high reached in August 2011, a few weeks after the widely criticized debt ceiling agreement between the president and Congress.
As in the past, substantial majorities across the political spectrum are either angry or frustrated with the federal government. But anger at the government is far more widespread among conservative Republicans than other partisan groups. This marks a change from 2011, when political independents (30% angry) were about as likely as conservative Republicans (32%) to express anger at the federal government. In the new survey, 41% of conservative Republicans say they feel angry at the government, compared with 27% of independents. Conservative Republicans are roughly twice as likely as liberal Democrats to say they are angry with government (41% vs. 18%).
