Body of Missing Virginia Police Capt. Kevin Quick Found; 3 More Arrested in Officer’s Murder (Halisi Uhuru, Anthony Stokes Jr. & Leslie Casterlow)(Update: Suspects Had Gang Ties, Prior Criminal History)

Three more individuals have been arrested in the death of  Waynesboro Police reserve Captain Kevin Quick. Halisi Uhuru, Leslie Casterlow and Anthony Stokes are accused of killing Kevin Quick during an abduction early this week. Quick’s body was found next to a road in Goochland County, about 60 miles west of Richmond, on Thursday afternoon. An autopsy has confirmed that found human remains are those of a Waynesboro reserve police officer who was reported missing a week ago.

Three people were arrested after the body of a missing Virginia police captain was found dumped on alongside a rural road, according to a report.

The trio of suspects — Halisi Uhuru, Leslie Casterlow and Anthony Stokes — are accused of killing Waynesboro Police reserve Captain Kevin Quick during an abduction early this week.

UPDATE I: In a press conference police said the case has changed status to a death investigation.

“Unfortunately this case transitioned from an investigation into a disappearance, into a death investigation, and as a result we are still very actively pursuing new leads,” Geller said Friday afternoon, a week after Quick disappeared.

Late Thursday night police made more arrests in connection with the case; two men and a woman were arrested. Police believe additional charges could be made, and possibly additional suspects charged.

Forty-nine-year-old Leslie Hope Casterlow, of 10900 block Wild Ginger Cir. in Manassas, 31-year-old Anthony Darnell Stokes Jr, of the 10000 block Portsmouth Rd. in Manassas and 22-year-old Halisi Uhuru, of the 1700 block Franklin Tpke. in Danville, were charged with Principle 2nd Degree Capital Murder During Abduction.

This charge is different from Capital Murder in that it is not punishable by death penalty but is punishable by life in prison.

The Commonwealth’s Attorney has also added a felony count of Gang Participation for each  individual arrested Thursday, though investigators would not go into detail.

UPDATE II: Suspects in Capt. Kevin Quick’s death had gang ties and were out on early prison release.

What a shock, some suspects involved in the death of Kevin Quick had a criminal history and had been let out on good behavior. Gert Wright, also known as Halisi Uhuru, was let out of prison early. Wright’s family wrote letters to the state requesting that he get out early, saying “Gert is destined for Greatness.” Yeah, this punk was destined for murder.

Hillary Clinton Now Says Benghazi Is My Biggest Regret … But What Happened to What Difference Does it Make?

BUT WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE? IT WOULD APPEAR IT NOW MAKES A BIG DIFFERENCE FOR A HILLARY WHITE HOUSE RUN …

As Hillary Clinton eyes the 2016 Presidential election, she must first clean up the disasters in her political past and gloss over them hoping that the American people will some how forget. On Monday Clinton said in an interview that the “terrible tragedy” of the 2012 Benghazi attack that resulted in the death of four Americans was  the “biggest regret” of her tenure at the Department of State. Regret, what exactly does she regret … completely ignoring the obvious like being told Benghazi was a terror threat?

Let the MSM slobbering love affair begin for the Hillary in 2016 campaign. What happened to the tape? What happened to this investigation? What happened to holding anyone accountable? But what difference does it make.

VIDEO – NRO

Real Clear Politics:

QUESTION: Any do-overs that you would — relative to Secretary of State?

HILLARY CLINTON: Oh, sure. I mean, you know, you make these choices based on imperfect information. And you make them to — as we say, the best of your ability. But that doesn’t mean that there’s not going to be unforeseen consequences, unpredictable twists and turns.

You know, my biggest, you know, regret is what happened in Benghazi. It was a terrible tragedy, losing four Americans, two diplomats and now it’s public, so I can say two CIA operatives, losing an ambassador like Chris Stevens, who was one of our very best and had served in Libya and across the Middle East and spoke Arabic.

Sorry, there should be a lot more than regrets:

What Hillary Clinton really regrets is losing her cool in the Benghazi hearing and being caught on VIDEO say, what difference does it make, when it came to the deaths of four Americans. Because in the end, its all about Hillary and her run for 2016.

A Prince George’s officer went to Aguilar’s home in College Park to speak with his mother about 5 p.m. Saturday and saw Aguilar’s journal. The portion the officer read made him concerned for Aguilar’s safety.

However, as police were trying to determine the identity of the mall shooter, they were also investigating the report that Darion Marcus Aguilar. The police pinged the phone of the missing 19 year old and would learn that it was coming from the Columbia Mall. Aguilar’s mother had called about 1:40 p.m. from their home in the 4700 block of Hollywood Road in College Park to report him missing. An investigator talked with the mother and read Aguilar’s journal, which had wording that raised concern for his safety, police say.

UPDATE I: Cops – Mall gunman expressed ‘general unhappiness’ in journal.

Police state at this point they have no motive and that there was no known connection between the shooter and his victims. Sometimes you don’t need a motive, sometimes these things happen because you have a depressed individual who has crossed the line of no return. You cannot rationalize the irrational.

He added that police served a search and seizure warrant at the shooter’s house and retrieved documents, computers and other potential evidence, including a journal.

In that journal, Aguilar “does express some general unhappiness with his life, but I really don’t have any other information about that now,” the chief said.

WAY TO GO JOE … MOVE OVER WEIGHT-WATCHERS, NUTRI-SYSTEM AND THE PALEO DIET … SAY HELLO  TO THE SHERIFF JOE DIET.

Add yet another reason why we love Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, desecrated the American flag and face the wrath of Joe. According to NBC News, Sheriff Joe Arpaio punished 38 inmates who desecrated the American flags recently put into their jail cells with a diet of “bread and water”. It wasn’t really bread, it was actually a baked loaf of ground-up fruits, vegetables, milk powder, dough and other ingredients and, though it fulfills nutritional requirements. Sounds yummy!!! You gotta love this guy, and with all due respect to NBC, Joe is not controversial, Joe is a patriot living in a screwed up PC world where some how those who commit crimes against the general public are supposed to be treated with the respect, that they cannot provide others. Sheriff Joe said,  “I run a patriotic jail system. This is not a First Amendment situation. When they tamper with the flag, they are tampering with government property.”

Controversial Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio says 38 inmates have rebelled against his new policy of putting American flags in jail cells, desecrating the Stars and Stripes and earning them what he calls a diet of “bread and water.”

The regimen actually is a baked loaf of ground-up fruits, vegetables, milk powder, dough and other ingredients and, though it fulfills nutritional requirements, is decidedly unappetizing.

Arpaio said that any inmate who damages a flag will be eating the so-called nutra-loaf — without utensils — for two weeks.

“I run a patriotic jail system,” said Arpaio. “I am somewhat disappointed that 38 inmates recently desecrated the flags, tearing them up and writing on them and throwing them in the toilet.”

Of course the ACLU will come up with some ridiculous rebuttal to this to hoe the criminals civil right were violated.
