Could a serial sexual predator been responsible for the disappearance of Maddy McCann? Authorities are saying that they are looking for a man who assaulted five other young British girls on vacation in Portugal.  Police are investigating 12 potentially linked crimes at resorts near where the toddler vanished between 2004 and 2006 by a man describe as being tanned with short, dark, unkempt hair. Three year old Madeleine McCann went missing on May 3, 2007 while on vacation with her family in Praia da Luz, Portugal.

Police investigating the disappearance of Madeleine McCann are looking for a man who assaulted five other young British girls on vacation in Portugal, London’s Metropolitan Police said Wednesday.

Officers are investigating 12 potentially linked crimes at resorts near where the toddler vanished.

The man, whom witnesses describe as being tanned with short, dark, unkempt hair, is suspected of breaking in to 12 vacation homes where British families were staying in the Algarve between 2004 and 2010.

In four of the incidents, girls between 7 and 10 years of age were sexually assaulted in their beds. On one of these occasions, he assaulted two girls in the same villa, police said. These attacks happened between 2004 and 2006.

On two occasions the suspect was wearing a burgundy long sleeve top. On one of those occasions it was described as having a white circle on the back.

Similarities and proximity of sexual assaults:

Of the 12 offenses, there were four in Carvoeiro, six in the Vale da Parra, Praia da Gale district, and two in Praia da Luz. On two occasions, the noise of a bin collection lorry could be heard nearby.

The man is said to have spoken in English with a foreign accent, and his voice was described as slow, or possibly slurred.

On Tuesday President Obama pandered to Hispanics in yet another attempt to shill Obamacare and dispel their fears that if they signed up for his signature piece of legislation, that their illegal relatives in the US would be deported. HEY, THERE IS AN IDEA. Obama said, “You know, you will qualify, you know, regardless of what your family’s status is. So, you know, people should not hold back just because they’re in a mixed-family status.” Um, what the hell is “mixed-family status”? YOU MEAN ILLEGALS!!! One again we are witness to a lawless president only supporting and enforcing the laws he likes. So is Obama saying that illegals can be signed up for Obamacare with no ramifications?

Remember when Obama said at the 2009 STOTU,  “the reforms I am proposing would not apply to those that are here illegally.”

President Obama on Tuesday sought to assure legal immigrants that they can sign up for ObamaCare without worrying that “the immigration people” will come for family members who are in the country illegally.

In an interview with Univision Deportes, a Spanish-language sports radio show, Obama said immigration officials won’t have access to the personal information that consumers provide when signing up for healthcare on the new exchanges.

“Well, the main thing for people to know is that any information you get, you know, asked with respect to buying insurance, does not have anything to do with … the rules governing immigration,” Obama said. “And you know, you can qualify if you’re a legal resident, if you are … legally present in the United States.

“You know, if you have a family where some people are citizens or legally here, and others are not documented, the immigration people will never get that information.”

My first question is, WHY NOT? Is our government not supposed to protect the US Constitution and our borders? Would it not be a natural action of law enforcement to take this information and find out who is in the country illegally? But it is only okay for the IRS to harass the Tea Party and not go after illegals. Remember, Obamacare, the IRS and the Treasury Department are incestuously tied.

So lets understand this, Obama tells Hispanics to enroll in the Affordable Care Act, promising that their private information will not be used by “the immigration people” to track down family members who are in the country illegally, but when it comes to law abiding legal Americans, the NSA tracks our every move, word, cell phone conversation, email, social media posting and tweet? Since Obamacare is tied directly to the IRS and the IRS to the Treasury Department, how is it that only Hispanics information is private, but legal Americans is not!!!

Hey what’s next … turning the other way on Muslim terrorists who want to sign up for Obamacare? What about an early release for prisoners so they can sign up for Obamacare? Heck, let’s just let anyone in Mexico to sign up, border, way border!

Missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370: Data Was Deleted From Flight Simulator of Pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah

It is looking more and more like a planned event by the pilot of missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 …

Authorities in the investigation into the Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 are saying that some data files from the flight simulator taken from the home of pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah. The flight simulator was taken from pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah’s home over the weekend as part of police investigation. How on Earth are we just learning about this now? What files were deleted from this pilot’s flight simulator, maybe how to fly at low levels across the ocean to avoid radar and land on an undisclosed island?

What good reason would one have to delete data files? Obviously a good forensic computer individual should be able to retrieve such data. Maybe this will hold the important clues as to where this missing Malaysia plane is or at least the general direction it flew to. Officials have determined that a deliberate action was to blame for the disappearance of Flight 370 as the police escalate their investigations of Capt. Zaharie, 52 years old, and his 26-year-old co-pilot, Fariq Abdul Hamid.

Malaysian investigators have found that some data from a flight simulator taken from the home of the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370′s pilot was deleted.

“Some data has been deleted from the simulator. Forensic efforts are on to retrieve the data,” Hishammuddin Hussein, Malaysia’s acting transport minister told reporters on Wednesday.

The flight simulator was taken from pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah’s home over the weekend as part of police investigation. All crew and ground staff who were involved with Flight 370 are currently being investigated, Mr. Hishammuddin said. He added that all crew and personnel are currently being treated as innocent.

The data log of the games on the simulator was cleared on Feb. 3 and experts are looking at what logs were deleted, Malaysian Inspector General of Police Khalid Abu Bakar said at the same news conference. He declined to comment if the experts thought the erasing of the data was unusual.

Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder Endorses Shorter Prison Sentences for Certain Nonviolent Drug Traffickers

Barack Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder now wants to propose shorter prison sentences for certain nonviolent drug traffickers. Not non-violent drug users, but drug dealers. So as long as you are not violent, you have the green light to traffic and deal drugs, according to Holder.  The U.S. Sentencing Commission proposed in January to modifying the guideline penalties so that many drug trafficking crimes would be tied to shorter sentencing ranges. The Justice Department says the effect would be to reduce by 11 months the average sentence of a drug trafficking offender and would trim the federal prison population by roughly 6,550 inmates over the next five years. GREAT … and we can have 6,550 formerly imprisoned drug dealers out on the streets to traffic in drugs again. BRILLIANT!!!

Last night Bill O’Reilly had two Democrats on The Factor last night, Patrick Fennedy and Christopher Kennedy Lawford, discussing the ills of the legalization of marijuana. This is just the legalization of pot, Holder wants to set drug dealers free earlier who traffic in even worse things like heroin, crack, etc. Just curious, is Obama and Holder trying to destroy America entirely?

Former Congressman Patrick Kennedy (D-RI), a former prescription drug addict who has been one of the most prominent anti-pot voices in America of late, railed against the nascent marijuana industry for targeting teenagers… some time in the future. “They are going to make their money off of people like myself who are addicts and I just don’t think this is the kind of thing that makes our country stronger, families stronger and of course jeopardizes the public health at large.”

Just when viewers may have thought O’Reilly’s next guest would argue the other side of the issue, Christopher Kennedy Lawford came on even stronger against legalization. “The two most damaging drugs on the planet are legal alcohol and nicotine, we don’t need another legal drug,” he said. “Legalization will increase prevalence. Our youth are at risk.”

Attorney General Eric Holder is endorsing a proposal that would result in shorter prison sentences for certain nonviolent drug traffickers, saying the change would rein in bloated federal prison costs and create a fairer criminal justice system.

Holder was to appear Thursday before the U.S. Sentencing Commission, where he was scheduled to announce his support for a commission proposal to lower the guideline penalties for certain drug crimes.

“This overreliance on incarceration is not just financially unsustainable, it comes with human and moral costs that are impossible to calculate,” Holder said in excerpts of his testimony, obtained by The Associated Press in advance.

The harshest penalties, he said, should be reserved for “dangerous and violent drug traffickers.”
