After continual lies from Joran, obstruction of justice and incompetence and cronyism from law enforcement investigating the case. Dutch officials called Aruba, “corrupt as Hell”.  In the end Joran Van der Sloot was never held accountable nor prosecuted in Aruba. Even after multiple confessions from Joran Van der Sloot regarding Natalee, Aruba refused to move a finger. The end result, a sociopath struck again, five years to the date that Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba, Joran Van der Sloot brutally and savagely killed Stephany Flores in Peru. Take away all the cronyism, take away all the favoritism, take away all the helping hands that Joran Van der Sloot received in Aruba and place him in a country where he was treated like just one of the many and what do we get … JUSTICE!

So what did the Aruba newspapers have to report regarding their favorite son? Although I must admit Jossy Mansur and Diario were not among the Aruba media that defended Joran. From the outset they were critical of Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe. Diario was actually interested in investigative journalism, not just protecting Aruba tourism at any cost. Kudos to Diario for trying to find the truth, instead of being more concerned with taking pics at the Saperstein wedding and trying to slander Natalee Holloway and her family.

Scared Monkeys had chatted with Jossy Mansur, the Managing Director of Diario Aruba and asked if he could not share his feelings regarding the 28 year sentence that Joran Van der Sloot received. Mr. Mansur has been a guest numerous times on Scared Monkeys radio discussing Joran van der Sloot during the disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba and the murder of Stephany Flores in Peru.

I followed the Joran affair pretty closely in Peru, and think the panel of 3 female judges did what was right.

Joran got what he deserved. The way he behaved in court must have convinced whomever still doubted his culpability that this man has absolutely no feelings, less of all remorse. Stefanie’s death was in the utmost degree cruel and I fear a paralell in Natalee’s case.

I think his next move will be to try to serve his sentence in Holland, depending on whatever treaty Peru may have with Holland in that respect.

His confession last week was considered by the court in Lima, Peru as ‘not sincere’ and could therefore not be used to considerably reduce the sentence demanded of 30 years. The judges ruled it was not a sincere confession because during the judicial investigation into the murder Joran had initially revoked his confession and wanted to have this declared invalid. Moreover, in that way Joran had not cooperated entirely with Justice. He had hoped that his confession would yield him a considerably lower sentence.

Natalee Holloway disappeared on May 30, 2005, during a high school graduation trip to Aruba, where van der Sloot grew up. Her body was never found and repeated searches turned up nothing as intense media coverage brought the case worldwide attention.

Investigators have long worked from the assumption that the young woman died in Aruba, where the case was classified as a homicide investigation. That investigation remains open, though there has been no recent activity, said Solicitor General Taco Stein, an official with the prosecutor’s office in Aruba.

What say you Aruba? Do you really think that the “cruelty” and “ferocity” of the murder of Stephany Flores was also not the same fate that was met by Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005? Really, you cant add one and one? For all those who defended Joran Van der Sloot, what do you say now? Joran van der Sloot could have been imprisoned for what he did, instead he was allowed to be emboldened by not being held accountable. Natalee Holloway was just legally declared dead this past week by an Alabama judge … a question to many in Aruba, how does it feel to have blood on your hands?

An Alabama judge is to consider today whether Natalee Holloway, the 18 year old Mountain Brook teen who went missing while vacationing in Aruba in 2005, will be legally declared dead. Dave Holloway, Natalee’s father, filed the petition to declare her dead in June, 2011. Meanwhile,  Beth Holloway, his ex-wife and the teen’s mother, opposed this measure, saying in a September statement she “will always hope and pray for Natalee’s safe return.”  So what are the reason why after all this time that there is a push for Natalee to be legally declared dead?  Dave Holloway’s attorney has claimed the petition was filed because he (Dave) “is seeking closure for his family.” However, it has also been reported by WBRC, that Dave Holloway wants to use $2,000 of a college fund he had created for his daughter for her younger brother.

A probate judge may make the decision at a presumption of death hearing in a Jefferson County courtroom in Birmingham Thursday afternoon.

Holloway vanished in 2005 while on a graduation trip to Aruba. No one has been charged in the case.

Holloway was 18 when she was last seen in the early hours of May 30, 2005, leaving an Oranjestad nightclub with Joran van der Sloot and two other men.

This is one of those sad and tragic decisions that a family has to eventually make where there are no winners. It is yet just another scab being ripped off the wound that both Dave, Beth and Natalee’s family has suffered at the hand of Aruba and Joran Van der Sloot. The impact of Van der Sloot’s actions and Aruba’s inability and unwillingness to provide justice resonates to the present day. Just ask the families of Natalee Holloway and Stephany Flores in Peru.  Just one day after Joran Van der Sloot plead guilty to the murder of Stephany Flores, the courts will decide on the death of another one of Van der Sloot’s victims where he was the prime suspect.

Today, Joran Van der Sloot will head back to court in Peru, just five days after the Dutch national requested more time to decide on a plea deal in the murder of 21 year old Stephany Flores in a Lima, Peru hotel. Last week Joran Van der Sloot continued to play games in this murder trial, no different that the one’s that he has played ever since the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway in Aruba in 2005. It had been reported that last week Van der Sloot would make a plea and confess to the murder of Flores. Instead, Joran acted with complete contempt for the court.

Joran van der Sloot returns to a Peruvian courtroom on Wednesday, five days after requesting more time to “reflect” on what plea he will make in his murder trial.

The 24-year-old Dutch national indicated on Friday that he was willing to make a “confession” in the 2010 killing of Stephany Flores, but that he did “not agree with the aggravating factors” as defined in the murder charge levied against him.

Given this statement, the panel of three judges decided to give van der Sloot until Wednesday to make a final decision. There is no jury.

How could any court accept a “sincere” confession from Joran Van der Sloot? All one would have to do is take a look at how Joran acted in court last week to understand that a sociopath is incapable of being sincere. Of course the manner in how Joran Van der Sloot has conducted himself since 2005 in his confessions, retractions and game playing with regarding to the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway.

Under Peruvian law, a prison term for a “sincere confession” to a murder is normally much shorter than one for an outright guilty plea. Prosecutors have said van der Sloot robbed and killed Flores before fleeing the scene of a crime to Chile.

But on the first day of his trial in Lima on Friday, he told the court he should not be charged with aggravating circumstances of the murder that could lengthen his sentence.

So will Van der Sloot cop a plea? Please tell me that the Peruvian Court is not going to further allow the miscarriage of justice that has been the actions of Joran. Plea, no plea or more games? Its hard to predict when dealing with a sociopath.

Joran Van der Sloot murder trial of 21 year old Stephany Flores begins in Peru today. Van der Sloot is accused of murdering Stephany Flores on May 30, 2010, five years to the day of the disappearance and  presumed death of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. Joran Van der Sloot admits to killing Stephany Flores; however, he claims, as per his attorney  Luis Jimenez Navarro, that the murder was not premeditated. Joran Van der Sloot was charged last year with “qualified murder” and simple robbery, that  together could carry a sentence of up to 30 years in prison.

Joran van der Sloot goes on trial Friday in Peru, ready to admit to killing a 21-year-old woman while planning to fight more stringent charges that could land him more time in prison, his lawyer said.

About six and a half years ago, the Dutch national was considered the prime suspect in the case of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, who vanished while on a graduation trip to the Caribbean island of Aruba. He was arrested twice but never charged in connection with Holloway’s disappearance, which is still unsolved.

Yet van der Sloot’s trial in another high-profile case, which his lawyer said has a tenuous connection with the Holloway story, is set to go forward Friday.

The 24-year-old is accused of killing Stephany Flores in his Lima hotel room in May 2010. Police say that he took money and bank cards from her wallet and fled to Chile, where he was arrested a few days later.

According to Radio Netherlands, United States authorities are currently involved in negotiations with the Peruvian government to have Van der Sloot extradited to the US for trial immediately after his trial in Peru ends to face trial and extortion charges as he tried to extort $250,000 from Beth Holloway, mom of missing Natalee Holloway.

One thing is for certain, Peru has an opportunity to do what Aruba refused to do … provide justice for a murder victim. This time Joran Van der Sloot does not have pappa Sloot and his connections to get him out of this one. Joran, its time to face the music for the first time in your life.

Joran Van der Sloot, the main suspect in the 2005 death and disappearance of Natlee Holloway in Aruba, will finally face justice for his involvement in the murder of 21 year old Stephany Flores in Peru. Van der Sloot’s murder trial will begin on January 6, 2011. Van der Sloot is being tried with a “qualified murder” and simple robbery, which carry sentences of 28 years and two years. However, the family of Stephany Flores is still holding out for aggravated murder against Joran Van der Sloot, which carries a maximum sentence of life in prison. Van der Sloot is accused of killing Stephany Flores five years to the day that he was also accused of killing Natalee Holloway.  Of course there is no coincidence there. Van der Sloot had initially confessed to killing Flores, but following his same MO as with the Natalee Holloway case, Joran retracted his confession. Van der Sloot had also confessed and implicated himself in the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway; however, Aruba authorities let his go free. Thank you Aruba for allowing this predator to go free and kill again.

The timetable from the Superior Court of Lima came days after a panel of judges ruled against having the Dutch national face an even more stringent slate of charges, as the victim’s family members had requested. Instead, he will face the original charges levied against him — which, if he is convicted on all counts, could lead to a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison.

Can anyone say that they are not surprised with the news out of Aruba and that they did it over an American long weekend Thanksgiving Day holiday? An Aruba judge has ordered the release of Gary Giordano without any conditions. Giordano is the 50 year old Gaithersburg, Maryland man who has been jailed in Aruba and the primary suspect in the death and disappearance of American travel companion Robyn Gardner.

A judge in Aruba on Friday ordered the release of U.S. businessman Gary Giordano, who was detained in connection with the August death of his traveling companion.

The judge said Giordano, a 50-year-old employment agency owner from Gaithersburg, Maryland,  must be freed on Tuesday without any conditions.

ITS DEJA VU ALL OVER AGAIN. If this does not reeks of the Natalee Holloway case all over again. The Aruba LE and prosecutors have done it again. They have failed to make a case, in an obvious one that Giordano killed his travel companion and will profit from her death. First we were witness to Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe being released from jail in the case of the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway. Now Aruba has a twofer, Giordano will be released in the death and disappearance of Robyn Gardner. UNREAL. No Body, No Crime … NO JUSTICE!

Some Caribbean islands are known as tax haven shelters due to their lax rules on taxes and privacy. However, Aruba now has to be known as the “killing fields” island. How can it not be thought that if one wants to kill their girlfriend, spouse or travel companion … just go to Aruba, take out a life insurance policy in advance, make yourself the beneficiary and then kill her.  In Aruba … NO BODY NO CRIME, get you off of murder charges. Imagine knowing that all one has to do is make sure a body of your murder victim never needs to be found, and you skate. Of course not without first making sure you can make money off killing them.

To make matters worse, fresh off the miscarriage of justice in the death of Caylee Anthony in the murder trial of Casey Anthony in Orlando, FL, we have a smug Jose Baez claiming the innocence of his client Giordano, when we all know differently. One day Jose, karma is going to come back and bite you in the a$$, as it is you who does not  pass the laugh test. Wow Jose, what a limb you went out on becoming a murderers defense attorney in Aruba. Geez Vegas odds have it as even money for Aruba to ever successfully prosecute a murder suspect.

Gary Giordano’s lawyer, Jose Baez, told ABC News that Giordano would be freed Tuesday night at 8 p.m. and could be home as early as Wednesday.

“Gary had a chance to speak, and the judge listened to him,” Baez said. “He made a heartfelt plea — explained the situation.”

“Justice delayed is justice denied,” Baez said.

Prosecutors admitted that they had no body, no murder weapon and no solid motive. But over the past few months, they believed they had accumulated enough circumstantial evidence to keep him jailed for a while.

The judge thought differently.

During today’s short proceeding, Giordano was allowed to explain his situation, according to Baez, who also defended Casey Anthony.

“It doesn’t even pass the laugh test,” Baez said today on “Good Morning America.”

High profile attorney Joe Tacopina, yes the same Joe Tacopina that represented Joran Van der Sloot, the suspect in the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba, has been hired by by the Irwin family. The question that comes to mind is, why? Why would Tacopina need to be hired? The family has to feel that the focus is on them and that investigators feel that the parents stories just don’t add up. Some body knows something more than they are saying.

Lisa Irwin has been missing in Kansas City, MO since October 4, 2011. She was reported missing when her father returned home at 4 AM to discover that baby Lisa was not in her bedroom.  It was initially believed the infant was abducted from her crib.

What a coincidence that Tacopina would now be representing a client who has changed her story regarding the events that took place of her missing child and one who failed a lie detector test. A lying client, really, sounds like Joran all over again. Now we find out that Lisa Irwin’s mother was drunk at the time her baby went missing. Watch the VIDEO from FOX News with Megyn Kelly … Deborah Bradley admits she was drunk at the time of the disappearance. The mom claims she was drunk and passed out on the day of Lisa’s disappearance and does not remember checking on the baby after 6 pm.   Now the attorney cover up begins as Tacopina states that the family will be doing no more interviews.

Tacopina said that the couple will not be doing any more television or radio interviews for the time being. He expressed his belief that the focus needs to stay on finding Lisa.

Tacopina said multiple times that he did not want to criticize the police investigation, but did express a desire for a more “boots on the ground” approach and said he wished certain unnamed things would have been done earlier.

Peter DeVries, the Dutch crime reporter, who covered the disappearance of Natalle Holloway and hounded prime suspect Joran Van der Sloot has retired. DeVries did yeoman work  investigating the death and disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba. DeVries was also Joran Van der Sloot’s worst nightmare, other than Beth Holloway, as the Dutch crime reporter hunted the “little Dutch boy” throughout Europe and Thailand. How unfortunate, DeVries told the Dutch newspaper AD that he is simply tired of chasing crime stories.

The Dutch television reporter who secretly taped Joran van der Sloot confessing to dumping  Natalee Holloway’s body in the ocean….a “confession” later denied and discounted…is retiring from his crime reporting television show.

Peter DeVries became a continuing thread in the six year old mystery of Mountain Brook teen Natalee Holloway after her disappearance on a graduation trip to Aruba.

Although Natalee was last seen leaving an Oranjestad bar with van der Sloot, Aruban authorities never charged him in the case.

DeVries aired a show based on twenty hours of secret taping of van der Sloot by a friend.  In the program that aired on Dutch commercial station SBS6, van der Sloot told his friend how Natalee’s body was dumped in the ocean after she went into convulsions on the beach.

One would have thought that with the fantastic undercover work that Peter Devries did in obtaining a confession by Joran Van der Sloot in catching him on tape saying that Natalee was thrown into the ocean would have got Joran Van der Sloot arrested and convicted for her murder. However, this is Aruba we are talking about and the what is up is down and what is black is white. Using common sense and having a confession was not enough in the anti-world of Aruba.  Instead Aruba authorities said they needed more evidence than just the tapes if a van der Sloot confession.

Peter DeVries was nominated for two Emmys for his work on the Natalee Holloway case. We wish Peter DeVries the best, you are always welcome to some back and investigate crimes if you find you are missing it. The fact that Peter Devries was Dutch did much with those from the Netherlands who thought Van der Sloot was innocent. His Euro cred made many across the Pond understand that Joran Van der Sloot was a sociopath and responsible in the death of Natalee Holloway, even though Aruba never has the guts to try and convict him. Sadly, Joran would kill again on the 5th anniversary of the death of Natalee, this time in Peru.

What Aruba could not, would not and never intended to do, Peru saw fit to accomplish at all cost. In Aruba they death with the death and disappearance of an American tourist Natalee Holloway where one of the suspects was a “little Dutch boy” of privilege. In Peru they dealt with the death of a 21 year old local from a prominent family. The common denominator … Joran Van der Sloot. Aruba has never charged Joran Van der Sloot with murder. Conversely, Peru has properly pursued Van der Sloot and charged the “Sporter” with murder. Sadly, had Aruba done their job, charged and convicted Joran Van der Sloot instead of enabling him,  Joran would never have been able to travel to Peru and kill again.

In a People magazine interview, Beth Holloway, the mother of Natalee Holloway, who has dealt with endless frustration, cronyism and corruption in Aruba said about the murder charges against Van der  Sloot by Peru authorities, “God bless the Peru authorities for handling this thoroughly and professionally.”

With no justice yet for her own daughter, Beth Holloway cautiously cheered yesterday’s decision by authorities in Peru to bring murder charges against Joran van der Sloot – long suspected in Natalee Holloway’s disappearance – for the murder last year of a young woman in Peru.

“God bless the Peru authorities for handling this thoroughly and professionally,” Holloway tells PEOPLE exclusively. “They have faced criticism and threats of lawsuits from the defendant’s side, but they have stuck to their guns and I say good for them.”

What a difference a country makes where a murder is committed. When Natalee Holloway went missing in Aruba in 2005 the Aruba authorities did nothing. They let valuable time go by that they should have been questioning suspects, gathering evidence and having vehicles analyzed before they could be cleaned. Instead, they only acted once missing Natalee Holloway’s parents arrived and made them review hotel security tapes and determine who she was last seen with. Oh that’s correct, they did arrest two black security guards because the three suspects pointed the finger at them.

Aruba authorities will be quick to say that the two crimes are different in the sense in Peru police found the battered body of Stephany Flores while in Aruba, Natalee Holloway’s body was never recovered. The so-called “No body, No Crime” principle. Gee Aruba, how could anyone found a body when there was a purposeful cover up to prevent such a thing from occurring? Although, in 2005 to present Aruba said that Joran Van der Sloot could not be prosecuted because they never found a body and that he lied. Fast forward to 2011 and the case of missing Robyn Gardner in Aruba. The “One Happy Island” is presently detaining American Gary Giordano in the disappearance and presumed death of travel companion Robyn Gardner. No body has been found, yet Giordano was just sentenced to more time by the Aruba courts. Why is it different for Giordano as compared to how Aruba handled the death and disappearance of Natalee against Joran Van der Sloot?

The Public Prosecutor (OM) assumes that the American tourist Robyn Gardner no longer alive. “I know we have no body and that one could say they could still be alive,” as late as Advocate General Taco Stein to American media know. “But if that were the case, she would already have reported.”

Is it any wonder why Beth Holloway is congratulating the Peru authorities to sticking to their guns and providing JUSTICE FOR STEPHANY. Beth has gone through everything that no parent ever should, it has to be some what rewarding to see that the suspect in her daughter’s case is finally receiving justice, although sadly another innocent person had to die. That blood is on Aruba’s hands as well.

Van der Sloot was arrested in June of last year, but was not formally charged until Thursday.

Prosecutors are asking for a 30-year prison sentence and a restitution payment of $73,000 to the family of Stephany Flores. They also charged van der Sloot with theft.

Charged alongside van der Sloot were three Peruvian drivers who allegedly helped him flee into Chile. Prosecutors want five-year prison sentences for them and fines of about $1,800.

According to reports, the trial is supposed to begin in October, 2011. Hopefully Joran will get exactly what he has coming to him. It is really too bad that Aruba never locked up this SOB and took him out of the public. By playing games, corruption and cover up in the death of Natalee Holloway, Joran was allowed and emboldened to kill again.

35 year old Robyn Gardiner has been missing since August 2, 2011 in Aruba. Her travel companion Gary Giordano said to police that Gardiner drown while they both snorkeled at Baby Beach. According to Aruba LE, Giordano has had inconsistent stories in the disappearance of Robyn Gardiner.

According to Aruba authorities, they intend to pursue criminal charges against Gary Giordano, the 50 year old Gaithersburg man whose female companion, Robyn Gardiner, disappeared on “One Happy Another Murder Island” earlier this month. Really, suspicious death? What crime? Isn’t it interesting that when Natalee Holloway went missing and was presumed murdered by Joran Van der Sloot, Deepak Kalpoe and Satish Kalpoe, the three people last seen with Natalee leaving Carlos N’ Charlies … they were never charged with a crime or ever prosecuted because Aruba claimed … “NO BODY, NO CRIME”.

Aruban Solicitor General Taco Stein called Giordano a “suspect in a suspicious death.” Giordano told officials that Robyn Gardner, 35, failed to return to the beach after the pair went snorkeling Aug. 2., but officials have questioned his account. Her body has not been found.

Giordano, 50, who has been held in Aruba since Aug. 5, is due to appear before a judge in a closed hearing Monday, Stein said. Prosecutors will update the judge on their investigation, ask that Giordano remain held and outline how they expect to proceed, he said.

Stein said prosecutors intend to criminally charge Giordano in connection with Gardner’s apparent death, but he did not specify the charge.

So what is different in Aruba this time when they are faced with a murder of an American tourist? We all remember the run around that the Aruba authorities gave Beth and Dave Holloway when Natalee was reported missing. When Natalee was reported missing, the powers that be told Natalee’s family that she probably ran off with some one and that she would return. Then two black security guards were arrested and falsely accused by the very people who were last seen with Natalee of involvement in her disappearance. Isn’t it interesting that Aruba authorities and Taco Stein were quick to accuse American Gary Giordano of inconsistencies and automatically presumed that Robyn Gardiner was no longer alive. Inconsistencies? Who told more lies to police than Joran Vander Sloot?

The Public Prosecutor (OM) assumes that the American tourist Robyn Gardner no longer alive. “I know we have no body and that one could say they could still be alive,” as late as Advocate General Taco Stein to American media know. “But if that were the case, she would already have reported.”

We in America are just curious Aruba, why didn’t you follow these same police and investigative protocols when Natalee Holloway went missing and an Aruban son of privilege, Joran Van der Sloot was the main suspect? Giordano’s attorney, Michael Lopez, has stated that his client has cooperated with police and should be released from jail as there is no evidence to hold him. Lopez stated that his client would return to Aruba to face any questioning if new evidence or proof of his involvement in Gardiner’s death/disappearance is uncovered.

“Today, 9 days later, 4 voluntary interviews, 2 site visits, and more than 30 statements coming from different sources including witnesses and professionals, we can not deduce that there is hard proof to sustain a demand by the public prosecutor against our client,” Giordano’s attorney, Michael Lopez, said in a written statement.

The attorney said in his statement Sunday that Giordano, whom he identified by his initials, GG, has given “all possible cooperation.”

“The client has his own business and family in the United States. He has no reason whatsoever to obstruct any investigation,” Lopez said.

He added that his client could be returned to Aruba “in case any legal proof shows up.”

Sure this sound ridiculous, but how is this any different from how the case against Joran Van der Sloot and the Kalpoe’s was handled by Aruba authorities and the judicial system? Do not get me wrong, this really isn’t about whether Gary Giordano is responsible for the death and disappearance of his female companion Robyn Gardner. Its about why Aruba is singing a different tune when it comes to investigating and prosecuting an individual who is suspected of killing someone on Aruba.

Keep in mind, Joran Van der Sloot not only told multiple inconsistent stories to Aruba investigators, Joran also made multiple confessions to kidnapping and implicating himself in the death of Natalee Holloway.  Joran even went so far as to saying that Natalee was dumped into “one big ocean”. Aruba prosecutors could care less that Joran confessed to the crimes or that he repeatedly lied regarding the disappearance of Natalee. They constantly stated they needed more evidence. Also, in what has to be one of the most convoluted comments ever and a display of Aruba circular logic, prosecutors claims that because Joran lied so much that if and when he ever did make a confession that they would never know whether he was still lying. So when Joran Van der Sloot actually confessed to the crime … the three judge panel let him free.

The courts ignore the confessions and admissions of Joran van der Sloot and deny his rearrest in the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway. The fix has been on since the beginning of this case and the corruption continues as the Courts refuse to arrest Joran Van der Sloot … a person who is obvious implicated in the crime. This does not constitute new legal evidence? Maybe these judges would like to explain what does? Some how in the anti-world, suspect statements and admissions are not new evidence. Why, did Joran say he had killed her in the past?

Giordano not only has problems in Aruba, but in the US as well. Federal agents began sifting through documents seized during their raid of Giordano’s $1.1 million Maryland home on Friday night. Boy those Aruba authorities were certainly quick to ask for the aid from the f American FBI weren’t they? Yet another contrasting difference from the Natalee Holloway case.

Giordano, who lives in Gaithersburg, has not been charged with a crime in Aruba. His lawyer, Michael Lopez, told the Associated Press that Giordano “emphatically denies being involved in any malicious acts.”

Late Friday, FBI agents who have been assisting Aruban authorities searched Giordano’s single-family home on Pueblo Road in Gaithersburg. About a dozen unmarked cars were on the scene, and agents could be seen on the first and second floors of the stone home, which is set back from the road.

“We’re here this evening to execute a federal search warrant on the residence of Gary Vincent Giordano,” FBI agent Phil Celestini told reporters outside the home. “This search is being conducted pursuant to a criminal investigation. Because this is an active investigation, we cannot comment further.”

We in America remain curious. How does Aruba have two sets of rules when it comes to a murder on Aruba? BTW, I thought there were no murders there? It would appear then when there is a rich, Dutch suspects who comes from privilege and has connections … corruption and cronyism takes place to ensure a “little Dutch boy” never goes to jail.  Aruba, how did that work out for you as you allowed a psycho to remain free and Joran would later kill another girl, this time Stephany Flores in Peru. However, it would appear that Aruba has quite a different set of rules when it comes to an America charged with the same crime.

So in Aruba, not only do American victims of crime get the shaft, so do those suspected of crimes. Boy there is something to consider when making vacation plans.
