President Barack Obama Unveils Job Killing Climate Change ‘Global Warming’ Plan that Bypasses Congress with EPA

The Divider in Chief strikes again … Obama is a one trick pony with his Chicago style politics of fear.

Priorities!!! The imperial President Barack Obama unveiled his ‘global warming’ climate change plan that would kill more America jobs and also do an end run around Congress.

As Americans struggle to find jobs, record number of Americans are on food stamps, 76% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck, and scandals abound with the IRS, NSA, AP, Fox News, Benghazi and the State department, The Hill reports that Barack Obama unveils his priority agenda on climate change. Wasn’t this just called global warming? The number one domestic issue for Americans is jobs, climate change is no where on the radar yet this president is hell-bent of passing his liberal agenda, even if it means for this imperial president to bypass Congress and have the EPA do his bidding. Sadly, Obama during his speech made outrageous and false comments that global warming, oh sorry climate change has cause extreme weather and can be measured in lost lives. Even though CNN reported that there is no evidence that global warming caused twisters.

Sorry, but Obama’s rant is not about science, it is about ideology. Also, this man has no credibility and neither does the junk science of man made global warming/climate change. These so-called truths of climate change are brought to you by the same individual who promised that Obamacare would reduce costs, insure everyone and you could keep your own doctors. How did that work out for you America?

President Obama is launching fresh battles over climate change with plans to curb emissions using executive powers that sidestep Congress — including controversial rules to cut carbon pollution from existing power plants.

The wide-ranging plan, which Obama will tout in a speech later Tuesday, also beefs up federal efforts to help deploy low-carbon and renewable energy, and has programs to help harden communities against climate-fueled extreme weather.

Internationally, it seeks to knock down trade barriers to climate-friendly goods and services; enhance cooperation with India, China and other big carbon emitters; and curb U.S. support for overseas coal plant construction, among many other steps.

The plan is designed to get around Congress, where major climate bills have no political traction. White House spokesman Jay Carney said Monday that Obama’s executive approach “reflects reality.”

The Divider in Chief even mocked skeptics of climate change and referred to them as ‘flat-Earth society’. Hmm, at least he did not call them racists. What else would we expect from a Community agitator? Obama said, ”The planet is warming. Human activity is contributing to it.” Really, because the earth is actually cooling?  As Weasel Zippers, says the guy who believes in global warming despite the fact there has been zero increase in global temps over the last decade and a half even with an increase in CO2 emissions that exceeded expectations.

President Obama angrily blasted climate change skeptics during his energy policy speech Tuesday at Georgetown University, saying he lacked “patience for anyone who denies that this problem is real.”

“We don’t have time for a meeting of the flat-Earth society,” Obama said. “Sticking your head in the sand might make you feel safer, but it’s not going to protect you from the coming storm.”

As shown by a recent Gallup poll, climate change, global warming, what ever one wants to call the faux science, it shows up no where on the top concerns or really any concerns of the American public. No one cares about climate change, they care about jobs, they care about paying their bills and they care about no existing from paycheck to paycheck. But not this out of touch liberal president. He could care less.

From the Huffington Post, President Barack Obama will ask the State Department not to approve the construction of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline unless it can first determine that it will not lead to a net increase in greenhouse gas emissions. In your typical Obama non-leadership move, the president tries to have it both ways. Obama strokes the LEFT with his anti-oil agenda and also tries to be non-committal with completely saying no to the Keystone XL pipeline because of the loss of jobs. Sorry, this is a job killer.

“Allowing the Keystone pipeline to be built requires a finding that doing so would be in our nation’s interest,” the president said in a Tuesday speech on climate change. “And our national interest will be served only if this project does not significantly exacerbate the problem of carbon pollution. The net effects of the pipeline’s impact on our climate will be absolutely critical to determining whether this project is allowed to go forward.”

The president has avoided weighing in on the construction of the Keystone XL pipeline for several years now, citing an executive order asking the State Department to make a determination on the project’s viability first. Environmentalists have called on him to spike the project entirely because of risks that it will contribute irrevocably to global warming and potentially contaminate drinking water if it leaks. Conservatives and even some labor groups have encouraged Obama to approve of the project because of its potential to create jobs.

The new Obama policy somewhat splits the difference — not killing the project outright, but ensuring that it meets a basic environmental standard.

Good Grief, Fireworks Canceled in Oregen Town Not Because of Heat & Dry Conditions … Canceled Amid Concearns for Sea Birds, Brandt’s Cormorant

UNREAL … FIREWORKS CANCELED BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARING BIRDS.

Fireworks in the coastal town of Depoe Bay were canceled this year for the first time in 19 years since the town started the tradition in 1993. Were the fireworks canceled because of the dry conditions and fires like what has plagued Colorado? Nope. Were they canceled like many towns and cities in the mid-Atlantic states due to damage from recent extreme weather? Nope. The fireworks were actually canceled amid concerns for sea birds.

 The coastal town of Depoe Bay is about to experience its quietest July 3 in 19 years.

Town officials this year reluctantly announced they were cancelling the annual pre-Independence Day fireworks show, following pressure from federal wildlife managers who said the noise disrupts protected sea birds.

Business owners, dependent on the popular show for foot traffic, are not happy.

“It’s a great loss to our community,” said Peggy Leoni, co-owner of Trollers Lodge, a small motel in Depoe Bay.

Oh Canada, Take Off, Eh … Canada to Pull Out of Kyoto Protocol Next Month

Canada and its Conservative government to pull out of the Kyoto Protocol, eh.  With as hypocritical as the Kyoto Protocol is in not applying any standards to China, India and Brazil, how could anyone with a straight face think that Kyoto is beneficial?

Canada will announce next month that it will formally withdraw from the Kyoto Protocol, CTV News has learned.

The Harper government has tentatively planned an announcement for a few days before Christmas, CTV’s Roger Smith reported Sunday evening.

The developments come as Environment Minister Peter Kent prepares for a climate conference in Durban, South Africa that opens on Monday, with delegates from 190 countries seeking a new international agreement for cutting emissions.

Green Party Leader Elizabeth May called the move “a very damaging act of sabotage.”

“It will reverberate around the world,” May told CTV. “Canada will be a pariah globally if it goes through with this.”

The accord is set to expire next year.

Hollywood Actress Daryl Hannah Arrested at White House for Protesting President Obama’s lack of Greenness

Wasn’t Daryl Hannah arrested in the movie ‘Splash’ (Video: 4:05) too?

Hollywood actress Daryl Hannah was arrested today outside the White House for taking part in an ongoing protest against the unbuilt Keystone XL oil pipeline. I guess Barack Obama is not green enough for the former Mermaid.According to accounts there were about 100 people arrested today protesting Obama’s energy policies.

“Sometimes it’s necessary to sacrifice your freedom for a greater freedom,” Hannah said in Lafayette Park before her arrest.  “And we want to be free from the horrible death and destruction that fossil fuels cause, and have a clean energy future.”

With dozens of others, Hannah sat on the sidewalk in front of the White House and refused three requests from the Park Police to move.

The group organizing the protest, Tar Sands Action, has said the Keystone pipeline — which will stretch from Canada to the Gulf — is among the most important environmental decisions that confront the president.

Although I probably agree with little of Daryl Hannah, I will give her this … she walks the walk, unlike hypocrites like Al Gore who claim they are green, tell others that they need to be green and then gets on his Leer jet. Hannah lives, breathes and walks “green” and for that I do have to give her kudos, even though she is a little misguided.  Good for her in not being a profiteering hypocrite like the Gore’s of the world.
